Been calling for over 1 hours to place my order. all I get , is a busy tone. So I told my husband to just show up and place the order. When my husband got there and explain the matter to Maria the manager of the store of the issue of the phone not being answered for over an hour. Mrs Maria brush my husband questions off and simply stated, are you going to order or not. Mrs Maria was extremely bad at providing great customer services and even made disrespectful had gestured toward my husband. I know our family and our friends will not go to that location ever again because this is not the first poor experience receive at this location. The manager of the store Maria could care less.
Very bad experience, extremely dirty bathrooms, the floor looked greasy. That looks very bad looking. Regarding the food, I ordered a mixed seafood jalea, they were cooked separately, everything was fried with oil that you could tell was not fresh. Expensive prices for the quality of the food plus they charge for additional sauces(Note: I know of other locations and they are in better condition than this one.)
I gave it one star because I couldn't give it 0. This is probably the worst la granja I've ever been to. The chickens look like they need to be fed more, they don't give you enough rice, and you have to repeatedly ask for things even though you asked for it when you ordered the first time. On top of that they're disrespectful, my husband went to tell them that they forgot to put the sweet plantains on his plate and they just started laughing and that was very disrespectful and unprofessional. They need to hire more adults that know what they're doing and stop hiring teenagers.

My husband and I finally stopped in and had a bite to eat and let me tell you, it was DELICIOS! The girls were super friendly and everything was so fresh and had great flavor. We will definitely be returning and I love the fact I can just pop in on a week night and get a family meal to go if I want a lazy night too ?
Got the pork, very tasty as usual. Much better than my last visit to Fort Pierce location, food was better and radio wasn't blasting. Would come back to this location again.
Its a fast food place but this day the steak was dry and overly done. Had about 10 people with me and just overall the food was ok nothing to brag about. Wish I had something good to say about the food and or service
Always a great fast filling go-to. Now only if they had a drive through like in Pompano Beach.

I loved my food and I keep thinking every day. Should I go back? Trying not to make it a daily visit but, the food was good, service was quick and you get plenty for your bucks.
