Every Friday, I stop on my way home and get the same 2 piece, white meat, extra crispy meal. It’s usually excellent. Today, to my disappointment, the chicken was waaaaay overcooked and tasteless. Very little actual meat, and very tough. I have always recommended this location to friends. Sad.
I ordered through door dash. When i got my order one meal was missing. I went to the store to rectify it and found out that my order was placed at another location. At that point I was not driving far. I placed another order and the manager Christopher was nice enough not to charge me.
Food was bland, service was horrible. Was missing food when asked about it worker closed the window in our face then came back handed us missing food with no gloves on and not in a bag. After having to ask for normal items that would come with our stuff straws, sauce ect. Worker just closed window again with attitude never even got napkins with our $60 order will never visit this location again.
The 16 piece chicken bucket combo and the tacos were delicious to enjoy while watching The Kentucky Derby. We understand that the prices doubled from last year due to supply chain issues.
We Love Kentucky fried the buckets of mashed potatoes mac & cheese is the favorite for the kids it’s awesome and their coleslaw they are wonderful
Every single time we go to this store they never have iced tea and their soda taste like crazy the water was yellow. And they acted like it was no big deal and didn't even attempt to do anything about it. Very poor customer service.
They were out of white meat. Waited 15 minutes for chicken. Came back a 2nd time for Taco Bell (same drive thru) and they were out of ground beef… It’s ridiculous.
The of reason for the 1 was the day before was amazing went second time crunchy and dried out. Went back with recipe was told bring chicken back next time 12 miles away really ?
I visit this KFC Sunday 13 2022 placed my order and was told I had to wait 15min after the time went by asked how much longer the cook said I told you 15 mins I said I waited that long he says now you have to wait longer do you want to wait or a refund I said I would wait. After 45mins i finally got my food. Called the manager as I left his response to me was well he’s my TOP chief he can say and do as he wants. (WOW) (TOP CHIEF)When I got back to my sisters the chicken had no skin on it and the potatoe bowel the chicken was not cooked. I spent over 60.00 on this food and it was not good. I left Port Saint Lucie and came back home to Orlando and after about a hour of being home I was sick. I was so sick from throwing up this food had to be taken to the hospital. I will keep making reviews on this KFC until something is done. If anyone reads reviews pay attention to them. I will be putting this up on twitter and TikTok about this KFC.
I ordered a family meal and the sweet corn locked awful. The sweet corn was dry and shriveled. Disgusting ?
