The workers here deserve so much credit. They were very busy, it was about 93°, they were hustling as fast as they could go. They were polite and friendly despite being slammed.I ordered a 16 piece, with mash, fries and Mac n chz. Everything was hot and tasted great.
Whoever is working the drive through today Sunday April 19 2022 at 2:30 pm should be FIRED Lady is the lowest class person you’ll ever talk to . Has no idea how to speak to people. Very obvious she hates her job and life
Ordered the $12 bucket which comes with 5pcs of thighs/5pc drumsticks. I also ordered corn, mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was fresh & delicious. Purchased a coupon book for $1. Great buy 1 get 1 free deals. Now, I half-way understand why the coupons at KFC on US1 in Stuart had void on them. The coupons start in June (but they had them displayed & not in a coupon book).
Staff was very rude. Food was cold and the coleslaw was sour. One of the managers tasted it and rolled her eyes at my husband as his back was turned while walking away. The manager saw me see her do that and said nothing. Just please smell your coleslaw before driving away!
My extra crispy was a little burned. Mashed potatoes had an off taste. Wasnt happy with meal.
This is the most unprofessional KFC we have visited. The night staff are disrespectful to customers. They talk between themselves, laughing and mocking customers. What a horrible experience! We will never set foot in here again
I went to drive thru wait like 10 min or more the sandwich was only with the chicken they didn’t put lettuce…very disappointing
So firstly, I had to wait in the lobby for almost 10 minutes and no one helped me. There was only one other person there and NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU. So we left and decided to go to the empty drive thru where we were immediately helped. However the woman taking our order was not the brightest either and when I asked if there were any other sauces she said no I’m asking you… then whatever they took my order of the extra crispy tenders. Came home and these tenders were god awfully fried I’d barely even call them regular crispy. The mac and cheese was watery as hell and just off. I love kfc but this visit was not it. The entire staff was so bad at their job it was insane. They were extremely disorganized and unhelpful with the lobby. A woman who had ordered before me had missed her coleslaw and was complaining that her chicken wasn’t extra crispy either. My cashier was Jordan and I completed my order at 2:54. Jordan was fine he was just a cashier to my knowledge but whoever was on shift that day (which three had manager shirts on) is garbage at their fast food job when the restaurant is empty. The chef is trash too.
I had already had a bad experience in the service of this franchise, but what exceeded the limits was when I requested a family service and asked the clerk not to include wings, when I got home there were more wings than the other meats, that was as a joke, another day my wife ordered a famous bowl and had 4 tiny pieces of chicken just that, I love KFC but never at this location.
Convinced these are the stupidest people. 2nd time this happened..they give you what they want not what you want. Isn't hard to follow directions. Both times ordered spicey chicken sandwich and received plan. 2nd time said NO PICKLES and side of COLE SLAW and got pickles with yucky mayo i had to wipe off and the most disgusting mac and cheese check your order before you drive off or Uber
