Joys what happened to your rum and raisin ice cream??? My family and I use to love your rum and raisin ice cream and unfortunately today we battled the rain to get our favorite flavor only to be disappointed. It tasted like vanilla ice cream with raisins absolutely no rum flavor. What happened…? I also use to love the huge ice cream scoops but today my scoop was puny. ?
Apparently online orders are more important than customers standing in front of the counter. Waited 20 minutes for the people ahead of me to get service. Then the girl says...hold on... and starts to fill orders for online customers that already paid. I will never EVER step foot in this place again. Last 2 times the ice cream was freezer burned. Tried to give them one more chance. Never ever again. Ben n Jerry's is better anyway
Very sanitary area and good service. There is a pretty good selection of different ice cream flavors. Good pricing for what you get.
Great ice cream but the Ft Pierce location is better. This seems like a half attempt to expand because they usually out of things we like when we do go here.
The ice cream is really good and it's made on-site. You cannot get a better price anywhere else! Staff was very friendly as well. Will definitely be returning.
Love their java Joe ice cream! I also love to have a shake made with it. So yummy! The staff is friendly and fast, and the place is small but very clean. Definitely worth stopping in frequently, especially with the hotter temps now!
just nowNEW INTERRACIAL CAKE?!?! Im beyond disappointed and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism from a place I used to speak highly about. Had my fiance reach out to Joy's for a custom 3 tier ice cream cake for my daughter's quinceanera, a very important day to Spanish fathers, specifically a scary moment, so I asked my fiance to handle that part. Below is the communication between the cake "decorator', the owner and her (my fiancé). After I read the statement from Janene the owner, and was extremely upset further by her response to my, not my fiancé dislike, mine, the father who's paying's dislike of the final product. You'll see the cake decorator was given concepts and creative freedom to do something unique and fun. The picture below as the final product speaks for itself. To assume we're belittling an employee and then have the employee message my fiance back as if she was the person upset blows me away. For context regarding the owners response. Apparently my fiance used to work for this location (unsure if there's multiples and I hope not) so I feel like the owner, originally not wanting to work on the cake was part of that issue to the reason why the cake was going to be sold to us without much care behind the work. I didn't and don't care about previous problems and wanted the best cake I could get for her the way she wanted and Joy's feel through and ruined an important part to my daughter's day.
Excellent ice cream but the front windows are begging to be cleaned. The server was wiping her nose on her chocolate stained apron and I just wanted to get her a clean apron and clean the whole place. I will do take out because the ice cream is excellent. Please clean your lovely shop.
The last time I was in there the ice cream was excellent, unfortunately the place was not so clean crusted ice cream all over in between the machines place needs a redo, and a definite cleanup
I came here a little after 8 on 31/1/22. The ice cream was great but I was upset that the employee tipped herself $2 without asking me. She did not let me see the screen when providing my payment. I hope this issue is resolved! We enjoyed the ice cream.
