I don’t care how good the subs maybe, it’s overpriced and you don’t even get a drink and chips with it!!!! It makes me not want to order there again.
Quite possibly the worst cheesesteak I have ever had. Granted, I lived in Philadelphia for 30 years, so I know what a good cheesesteak or hoagie is supposed to taste like, and believe me, this isn’t it. Not by a long shot. However, even if you don’t know what it is supposed to be, this would still be mediocre at best. Thoroughly disappointing.
Clean restaurant great service best steaks in town.Hoagie rolls fresh baked soft melt in your mouth sandwiches stuffed toppings galore reasonable prices I could say more...????
This place just totally grossed me out... while standing in line getting ready to order my sandwich I'm watching them prepare previous customers sandwiches. Seeing them loading up the oil and vinegar which is oozing off onto the prep table, without wiping it down before going to the next, they slide the bread across the table which just ran through the mess.. they must forget about the people who do not enjoy that taste of oil and vinegar. This is one reason I do not go to subway anymore. I hate leaving 1 star reviews but I had to when I saw this. It just turned my stomach.

The best cold subs I've ever had here in Florida. Go figure, because they make it Jersey style!
We ordered online, waited the estimated time to pick-up, arrived and my husband stood by the register for 5 minutes with no hello or how can I help you. He then got in line, once helped--they hadn't looked at the ticket hanging in the corner. We had to wait for them to make the sandwiches. Then one was wrong. Ordering online-I answered all the questions offered, checked the right boxes, then customized my sandwhich. I was told all sandwiches are made mikes way unless you say different. I customized my sandwhich. Clearly not Mike's Way and none of the wrong items were checked or asked for. So after the employee saying she'd remake it this time, it was a sloppy sloppy sandwhich with more than extra mayo, hardly any meat one onion piece, one banana pepper piece and light on oil , oregano, and salt and pepper. Short blonde girl with attitude. You guys might want to evaluate her customer service and sandwhich making since the remade sandwhich was not as ordered either. We won't order online, and won't order from your store anytime soon or ever again maybe. There are other Jersey Mike's. Please contact me
Would give 0 stars if I could. Will not be going back to Jersey Mike’s. While the food is good, the customer service has been steadily deteriorating recently. Tonight was the last straw. I placed an order for curbside pickup. When I arrived I indicated I was there and received the message that they were working on the order and it would be out soon. After letting them know two more times over the next 20 minutes, I went inside. My order had been sitting on the counter for twenty minutes and the excuse for not bringing it out was they were a “little busy”. In other words, they didn’t want to walk it out and knew someone would eventually come in for it. There were at least four workers behind the counter. If you’re not going to do curbside pickup, don’t offer it. To top it off the order was wrong, again! I’m done. There are too many other places to get subs.

Love this Jersey Mike’s Subs location. The staff is awesome and personable ensuring my order is perfect. They even label my orders perfectly. We are regular customers. As soon as we walk in the door they already know exactly which sub to start preparing with fresh ingredients.
