Clean facility with friendly staff. Food was great.
Port St. Lucie Utility Systems hosted the national Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day event, and the Jersey Mike's boxed lunches were a hit! The kids and their parents loved the food! The boxes were convenient and easy to serve. The staff was amazing, and kind, and so easy to work with when placing this huge order. We will definitely call on this location again!
Ordered on line got there order was not ready and then another customer came in and when I asked who is going make my sandwich they got an attitude and then the young man squeezed my sandwich and shoved in bag … I will be using a different Jersey Mikes

Updating my review:I was contacted by the owner and a sincere apology was given and I was given a full refund.I ordered today and everything was amazing!Thank you!Placed an order on the JERSEY MIKES App.You can see what I ordered in the photo and when I received it I got three completely different sandwiches. My Mini sandwich was bacon and tomato (suppose to be turkey and lettuce)My 2nd was also a turkey but we got a ham tomato and lettuce (which it was only turkey ordered.) my 3rd sandwich I received was roast beef. When so called they said to come back in and they can give me a free Mini.
I go to this jersey Mike's once a week, I have never waited in a line (as busy as they always are), the employees are so incredibly fast and sweet!! Five stars on customer service and great food!!!
Worst customer service the employees yell at you make you wait in line for 25 mins until they take ur order since they focus on doing the online orders first because of that the line is out the door!

More interested in filling Door Dash orders than the customers in line. Waited so long for my sub I got a refund and will never go back. Great crew! Just misguided
