It would be nice if the employees told you you had enough points for a free sandwich. They tell you to put your number in to earn them they just don’t want to give you a free sandwich.
We have been coming here for the last couple of weeks the customer service by all the employees are fantastic. It’s very clean and the service especially from Cece is extremely nice. Recommend this place to everyone.

Beyond happy with their subs it is so delicious!
Went there for lunch, unfortunately the person taking the orders was so busy she didn't hear what I ordered. They remade the sub, and then made it wrong again. I didn't have enough time to wait for a third sub to be made, so I left with no lunch. The location is convenient, but I would stick to just purchasing from the one on St Lucie west.
Me and my family loved this location and I say loved because recently I noticed all new staff and it’s just not the same. My order has been incorrect and this last time I had 3 cheesesteaks 2 with extra meat I even asked to make sure that they had extra meat was told yes and when I get home there’s barely any meat In there. We use to eat there at least once a week and it’s 5 of us, no more!
Bad customer service listen to how your customers would like their subs made not just slam stuff on there as well no masks on. Employees rude
My door dash order is always wrong , when you add options to your order, they automatically assume you don’t want others. If I don’t unselect an option that means it’s that plus what I’m selecting. Either they are not reading or interpreting things the way they want. For now on when I door dash I will have to call to make sure they don’t just do that they want. Also when I say extra bacon I don’t get it ? I’m so confused
Great food and fantastic service
This is a great and convenient location. I would love to give a 5 star rating but disappointed that none of the staff is wearing masks. Shows lack of care for customers. All the superior brands - Chick-fil-a, Shake Shack, Starbucks employees are masked up and it makes a difference. I've skipped getting food here 5 times now. Please consider this until the pandemic is under control or over. Thank you - I miss my Jersey Mike's Subs!!!
