I was very disappointed!!! The lady I. The front had no customer service and we got our food we did notice it was a little cold but still took it home and we warmed it up so we can eat it because we love our food super hot and when i took it out of the microwave and opened it. It smell like a dead body never again spend like $50 bucks and couldn’t even taste the food.
Great food ,but very bad helpers at front counter. I mean the work counter or cashier anywhere. Been there three times and each time it was the same!! Smart mouth and not doing what the customer wants. Very bad attitude "Period" never going back.
The food is good at this restaurant but both the ladies in the front are rude and lacked customer service. Customer service can make or break a restaurant. They were rude for no reason at all. Their disposition sucked!!!
Ordered large Curry Chicken Platter. It was mostly bones.There was some chicken. Chicken had a hint of redness to it. They give more rice then chicken. Used to come often but not no more. Only thing I can say is the Chicken patties are good.
GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE YESTERDAY!!! DO NOT GO HERE ?. This place is absolutely disgusting and the staff were not friendly at all. Also a disgrace to Jamaican food because our Caribbean food does NOT taste like this. These people need new chefs that know how to cook. I got oxtail and steam fish, it was absolutely horrible and I was up all night sick.
The customer service was on par with other top restaurants. The man who served us was extremely nice and he had a friendly atmosphere about him that made our experience as first timers really comforting. The feel of the restaurant really made us feel apart of the community. Overall we had good food, good homemade drinks, and a good time.
My wife was in Stuart today and brought back 2 orders, steamed veg. With jerk chicken and Mac/cheese with jerk chicken. Everything was close to perfect. We will stop by again to the same truck at st James and Airoso sinc we live in PSL. Great job by the food truck. I hope you can make me curried goat next time. There will definitely be a next time. I went there late evening on Monday, March 21, 2022. I wanted stew chicken but they had ran out of chicken and I ordered stew beef. The rice and cabbage was good but the beef taste terrible. I will not order beef again. My first time there so I will try one more time. I need to arrive earlier in the day when there are more entrees to choose from.
Jerk City jamaican restaurant, is one of the foundational spot in PSL for Authentic Jamaican food. After 25year of service they're still going strong.
I've been going here for many years and the food is always excellent and a lot of it! Great price great hospitality very friendly.
