Literally the most disgusting service I’ve ever had from any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not to mention the fact they have cockroaches crawling on their walls and the rude lady tried blocking one with the roll of paper towels hoping customers wouldn’t see. The lady who took the order I was handling was so unprofessional. I thought at first she just didn’t like the fact I was white but now I’m seeing all the other reviews and I can see why their rating is so low. Get it together
My Papi had a horrible experience here. She came back to work after her lunch break upset and distraught about her experience here. Papi said that she was treated so unprofessionally that the one lady who worked the cash register did not speak English but Papi speaks Spanish so she tried speaking Spanish and still no communication between the two. Then Papi asked for her food that she had ordered an hour and the lady who did not speak English just stared at Papi like a deer in head lights. Papi is a good person and deserves the respect she deserves. Definitely think twice before coming to establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would. Justice for Papi
This place sucks, prices increase everyday while the food gradually gets nastier. Last time I went I guess the lady burnt the rice so I had nasty Smokey rice. The tomato in that salad was rotten. The pikliz just taste like cabbage in vinegar. The meat just extremely dry probably from 3 days prior. I’m disgusted and won’t be returning
The prices are inconsistent! Every time you come the food is a different price, I am a loyal customer who won’t be returning due to the inconsistency.

The worst customer service ever! Not friendly , did not greet me just stares at you . I Ask for a menu because nothing is posted and the tv menus are turned off . The lady tells me the prices aren’t right , i don’t care about prices i need to know what to order .Please Do better as a business .
It’s not my grandma’s or mother’s standard of Haitian food. But it’s okay would love to actually go to Haiti to get real Haitian food though!!
