Pancakes were good. My husband enjoyed his meal. Only thing was the coffee was not hot. It was warm. Probably sitting there a bit.

Ate at Ihope in St Lucie west for breakfast with a table of 6 people, service was fairly quick. The food was good and the place seems very clean . A good spot for a quick breakfast if you not too picky.

First time here with my family. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the crepes, they were light and fluffy. My daughter ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was great, service was friendly and the food was good quality.

Cold food. Disinterested waiter. Never did come back.to ask how things where. Another napkin woulda been nice. Place kinda deserted at 12.30 p.m. syrup on the table with the walmart label still on it.

Will not be returning to this location...they messed up my order and ended up basically giving me the same thing in return I believe they have new inexperienced cooks which is understandable but they were messing up several tables orders. On top of charging $7 for basically 2 tablespoons of Mac n cheese and not putting all the correct toppings on my husband's 12$ burger that the menu states they come with. I've had issues with this location in the past wanted to give them one more shot only because we had a gift card but mind is made up no more IHOP for us!

Ordered food about an hour before arriving and I get here and they have me waiting an extra almost 30 minutes. I recommend you order your food two hours before coming in to pick it. Cause the promise time doesn’t care for them.

Unfortunately, not one of my best Ihop experiences. Customer service was slow due to shortage of staff both serving and in the kitchen. Food was cold, missing items and utensils were dirty. On a positive side our server was very nice. Menu offers 55+ specials which are great prices, and gluten-free items.

They very short staffed to the point they were very stressed out. The seats had some fries on them. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. Our food was cold when it came. Also the Mac and cheese was legit Kraft… my stomach was hurting afterwards.

Very slow getting a table, and very slow service. The Staff is very nice, I appreciate that they divided the plate that we shared. And of course the food was delicious!
