No no no SUPER NO! Within 20min of leaving this restaurant both myself and my partner were incredibly sick.Atmosphere and service were fine… maybe a one time occurrence but good lord! I have never been so sick to my stomach so quickly after eating.

Been coming here a very long time- I've had both good and bad experiences. I love hibachi food and I'm grateful to have a place like this near where I live. The food is pretty good and decently priced compared to other places. The sushi is pretty much always excellent, the only times it hasn't been is when I order close to closing. The wait staff and chefs are good at what they do, but the hostesses/front of house staff are always horrendous. Extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable. They often will accidentally hang up on you when placing an order on the phone, act rudely, and I usually know the menu better than they do. All in all this is a decent place and I won't stop coming here, just wish management would crack down on the staff who act unprofessionally.

Had a great time. Better food and experience than Benihana. Our Hibachi chef Ben was so cool. He did a few tricks that I haven’t seen before. Super impressive and nice. Can’t wait to come back.

Love this food here and it’s reasonably priced. But the take out staff is so rude and not friendly at ALL. I’ve eaten here three times. Once at the restaurant and twice ordered online for pickup (takeout). It’s the terrible takeout staff that makes me not want to ever come back. When you come here make sure you are ready to deal with people with “zero” customer service.

It was for a birthday party. The person whose birthday we were celebrating was still finishing her wine when a hostess rudely told us "you need to go because we have a party ready for the table"... Food was good. Bartender was fantastic, would give him 5 stars for customer service and knowledge of what to drink while waiting for a table. He is the reason I gave 3 stars. The rudeness of the hostess was really over the top when you consider how much was spent by our party of 8.

This Hokkaido restaurant is very family friendly we have taken three generations at one time to eat and have enjoyed their presentation and interaction with the chefs and the serve crew. I went with a friend to enjoy healthy food and found their sushi to be excellent and it was a very pleasant experience thank you.

I was the only one to have sushi and I got a really bad stomach bug from this place. Extremely painful and might need a hospital visit if it continues. The blonde host was really angry we had an extra guest show up (but there was already one extra seat at the table no one was using). He came to say hello for my birthday party and didnt plan on eating. So either the host took her anger out on me and messed with my food or they have old fish. Do not recommend, vero beach has way better places. Stay away from here.

This was a last minute decision for my wife and I when we were visiting the area and realized at 9pm that we needed to get dinner. Sort of hidden in a sea of chain restaurants, Hokkaido’s food was very good! The hostess was not particularly warm or welcoming, but that was outweighed by an attentive server and a great meal. After a long day of travel long we were not up for the traditional hibachi experience and opted to forego the flaming volcanoes and food flipped in mouth routine (although they certainly sounded fun from the other room!). We sat at a table and ordered hibachi prepared in the kitchen. Both the steak and chicken were great and the vegetables were amazing! The rice delicious too. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area and have had enough of the plethora of chain restaurants!

The food is good whether you do hibachi or sit at a regular table. Sushi is awesome too and the staff is very nice. If you have an allergy they do try to accommodate.

Traveling through on a business trip & staying at nearby hotel. Several restaurants in the area. This was an excellent choice for dinner. Plenty of seating at bar area for solo or couples that do not require the full Hibachi experience. I had steak & salmon at the bar & it was perfectly cooked and spiced. Service was excellent, clean all around including restrooms. I will return & recommend to you.
