The pizza tastes excellent but I gave a 1 star due to the manager calling me a liar and refusing to correct their mistake. I received my pizza undercooked when my receipt said well done. The manager said that my receipt did not say well done even though the copy I have in front of me now stapled to my pizza box says well done. They made the mistake and they closed in 45 minutes and refused to send me another pizza. I even offered to give this one back. I couldn't give this to my kid. The manager proceeded to yell at me on the phone so loudly my mother in law heard him across the room. So unprofessional. I'm saddened becthe pizza when cooked fully and well done is my favorite but the way I was treated I'll never go back.
Today was the first time I tried GIO and Joe’s pizzeria as well as the cauliflower pizza. I requested that I had a veggie pizza and added eggplant, Italian sausage.It was the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I picked up some shakers on the side the (garlic, Parmesan even the red pepper flakes) but I did not have to use any of it because the pizza was seasoned to perfection. The cauliflower crust state crispy and crunchy all throughout the day and I was able to eat all of it without having to warm it up at all. The Italian sausage was sliced the long way which gave it such appeal along with the sliced eggplant that was slightly breaded with Italian seasoning. I have found my new pizza home. Not to mention the employees were awesome. Very friendly and kind was the gentleman that made my pizza he make sure my pizza was made just as I had ordered.
Best pizza I have had in a long time. Definitely my favorite in port saint Lucie.
Best pizza we've had. Mondays special was great. Can't beat $10 for an extra large pizza. Spaghetti with sausage and veal parmesan was delish!!
This is the best pizza on the Treasure Coast. It’s always hot and they’re so quick. Highly recommend this place for your next pizza night! The calzone is my favorite, but my family loves their pizzas! XL Pizza for $10 Monday and Tuesday .. get it!!!
Our regular local place has seriously gone downhill. So we tried Gio-Joes. The signage from the street is not very good. It's on US 1 behind the gas station, in the mall where the Friday night auctions are, a billiard place and Zen of Sushi restaurant. Please give this place a try. It's clean, very pleasant staff, it's great for groups of about 10-12 or for a party of 2. The pizzas are amazing! both round and square pizzas. Fresh and good quality product is used. Food arrives hot. We finally tried a meal here instead of just pizza. I had the marsala chicken with rigatoni. It came with a salad and garlic knots. This meal was absolutley delicious!!!!! My husband had the chicken francese. It was also amazing, He chose to have the soup which arrived piping hot (he loves that). Both were good sized portions. Pricing is reasonable. This truly is a win win. We will return often and recommend.
Just had the most delicious spinach calzone I've ever had. Fresh spinach sauteed in olive oil with garlic and packed with cheeses stuffed in a fabulous crust. My husband and I shared a small and brought home 1/3 of it
They have amazing pizza and very authentic Italian food I order from them a lot Anyone that lives in the area or is coming to visit Port St. Lucie should definitely try them out
This pizza joint had several great reviews on Tripadvisor. However, we felt it was just "okay". We were looking for a great thin-crust pizza to take back to our rental property for a relaxing dinner. We called to order, and the staff woman was helpful in guiding our decision about which size to order for best price. We didn't select a "specialty" pizza, but chose our own combination of toppings. The pizza crust was not very thin--it was more chewy and "average" thickness--(NY style pizza). The pizza lacked flavor--had very little sauce, sausage was very mild, and the pizza lacked seasoning overall. I would not go back to Gio-Joe's for another pizza.
