I’m confident any negative reviews have nothing to do with the quality of Fratelli’s pizza. Yes, calling the store is best when ordering, and if you rely on a delivery service…you’re at the mercy of the delivery service. (EDIT: my sister and I ordered through Uber Eats today and the delivery was handled personally by the store!!! It came fast and hot! Go through Uber Eats for delivery!) We’ve dined in twice now and have only had GREAT service. Go to the counter and order. They’re great people and wonderful hosts!Tonight we enjoyed our favorite:Peppadew peppers on pizza will change your life. This place ? lives up to its reputation. Outstanding pizza ?
Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and everything arrived much faster than the app said! The store called me to let me know they were out of Buffalo cauli bites and generously accommodated my replacement request. Btw…I tried the fire roasted Brussels and they are my new favorite vegetable. I never liked them before trying them fire roasted with sweet balsamic and savory bacon!!! Their menu is totally inclusive of every diet and taste. You’ll love this place!
Ordered a white pie. Some knots. Pepperoni roll and chicken Parm roll. The pizza and everything was phenomenal. Great pizza. Cooked well. Tasted like Quality ingredients were used. We also ordered some deserts which I accidentally forgot at the store and they sent a delivery driver to my house to make sure we got them. Matthew was the delivery driver and he was a super nice guy. 5 star customer service and food. Will be back for sure. It's hard to find good pizza around here and there are now 1 of my 2 go-to's depending on which side of town I am on?
Ordered online, I guess the only way to online order is through slice. Slice said 40-55 min. It took close to 2 hours for the pizza to arrive to my house. My initial order was paid in full online and they called me saying they don’t have what I picked from the menu so they had to edit my order.... I should have received money back because the pizza I ordered in place of my initial order was cheaper. wait time + not having something on the menu was extra irritating. Pizza was good but not worth waiting 2hrs for. I will not be ordering from them again.
Awful service! Definitely Never going back, we went in tonight there were no customers at all. We ordered our drinks and after waiting 10 minutes for them while hearing 2 other customers on the phone getting there orders and still no drinks. We will never return and we give it a 1 star
Our sw baseball little league came here super last minute suggested by another players mom after a game, we basically filled up the restaurant they were great and patient with us and the kids, pizza was yummy another mom got the chicken and fries and looked really good. Small family owned business. We will be back, thank you!

Eaten here 3 times now and I will have to say the food quality isn't consistent; and I guess the overall service too. 1St visit was great food and service,place was clean. 2nd time order food to be delivered and pizza was so so, not to bad but not great..3rd visit was again at the restaurant. Place was dirty,more then half the tables were dirty from previous visits. You could tell they were they a long tile because the ice was completely melted...they messed up our order, gave me a totally different dish then I ordered. Then when I inquired, the waitress and cook (owner?) Bickered back and forth...odd experience. Meh..
I highly recommended avoiding this restaurant. We placed an Uber Eats order for chicken fettuccine, gnocchi with pesto, and Brussels sprouts.Delivery:Our Uber driver had to wait over 40 minutes for the order past the original estimate.Chicken Fettuccine:The chicken appeared to be simply boiled with no with no seasoning or flavor beyond the general saltiness of the sauce. It had somewhat soft but very dry texture that comes from being boiled for too long. The fettuccine texture was unremarkable. The sauce tasted like nothing but salt.Gnocchi:I ordered the pesto sauce but received the red sauce instead. It was inedible. The sauce tasted like something from a store bought jar by a low quality brand. The gnocchi texture was so mushy that it was difficult to clearly distinguish it from the ricotta and mozzarella. Overall, the dish was a plate of poorly flavored mush.Brussels Sprouts:The flavor mix with whatever type of balsamic and bacon they used wasn’t something I care for but someone might. The texture was irredeemable mush.If this meal is indicative of their usual quality, I’m surprised they’re still in business. Perhaps the pizza is better but there’s no way I’ll be able to get myself to roll the dice on it after this meal.
Everything is good except for the chicken bruschetta pizza that I got. My personal experience with it was terrible I spent $30 on it and got no basil, flimsy dough, and weird bittersweet tasting onions and tomato's all piled to the brim on the pie. Order the chicken parmigiana or the margherita pizza, those are really good. I called and asked if there was something up with my order and why there wasn't any basil on it and that usually their stuff is great and I thank you for that and the lady answering just replied "you're welcome". I hung up but ill just order something else next time no biggie, just sucks it was some weird response. Otherwise this place is good, I didn't think to write a review till I had that experience though.
We sat down in the restaurant a few weeks back and after picking a few things the waitress repeatedly came back and told us they were out of items we were ordering. Multiple items. They ended up making us the wrong pizza anyway, but we ate it and it was good. No worries, because the food that they actually had was good.Well, I just ordered from their restaurant through Uber and they called to let me know they were once again out of the tomatoe pie. It’s literally dough, cheese, sauce… and it’s 4:30 on a Friday so when will they have it? Lol.Great menu to attract but the follow through is flat. Sorry but that’s 2/2 ☠️
