Awesome pizza & fantastic service. My family is from the tristate area so we know a thing or two about great pizza; we stopped in after a baseball game and it was worth the stop! The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Someone in my group also ordered lasagna and we received some meatballs with it. Both were delicious! I’m personally very picky about meatballs and sauce, and it was one of the best I’ve *ever* had. Thank you for the great service! We’ll definitely return whenever we’re in the area again.
Had a great experience at Frank and Al's in St Lucie West this evening... We had a meat lovers pizza and a calzone, and both were awesome! The service was excellent!! Mary was our server, and she was phenomenal! Thank you!! We will definitely come back again.
I'm down here visiting and discover you. I've only had your pizza and it was exceptional. The sauce wasn't to sweet it was a nice balance.
Since I felt I had participated in eating a delicious Frank and Al's pizza at my brother's and his wife's house when I first moved here toward the end of 2021, I thought I would give Frank and Al's another shot because I became hungry enough for all that food. I specifically came to the store Wednesday night. At first, I thought the store was closed early because the Frank and Al sign on the building was not lighted. I saw someone else go in so I finished parking my car. As someone else in another review brought up, it was not clear where to stand to order and the employee behind the counter was not that helpful either. I ordered a 14" veggie pizza. I wanted pizza even though there were other possibly tempting choices. Maybe tempting. How would I know? So as I sat there waiting for my order, I noticed the guys who were making the orders were eating the ingredients. ARE THEY ALLOWED TO EAT ON THE JOB LIKE THAT??? That included eating out of the shredded cheese bin. WHAT? Maybe I could have had some of that fine Italian cheese on my pizza but a guy was eating out of the bin instead of putting the cheese on my pizza. Also while I sat there waiting, something there smelled bad to me which was a turnoff as was the hip hop music. The NFL Network was on the TV but I couldn't hear that.I liked having a hot pizza at home. After eating this pizza,I decided I would go back to Costco pizza because they use a nice spicy sauce and the crust is delicious. Sorry. It is a bit disturbing to see the Frank and Al's employees eating on the job especially in these pandemic times and isn't that a no-no whether it is a pandemic or not?
Grabbed a pie and some wings which were both good!! The flavor between where the pizza ended and the crust began was amazing!! We all loved it and will definitely be back!! Love the pizza Frank and Al!!!
Best place to eat hands down.
Disappointed. I ordered in advance and scheduled my order for pickup at and paid online in advance for pickup at 5:35 p.m. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5:35 p.m., our pizza was not ready. We were told five more minutes, but after 15 additional minutes, we still did not have our pizza.I have prepaid online for everything but the tip, or I would have canceled. I decided to wait it out for the pizza and eventually got the pizza, but I reduced the cash tip in person. They gave us a larger pizza for having to wait which just tells me they made the pizza laid to begin with. I do appreciate the gesture, however. In regards to the pizza, it was okay. I would have ordered again had it not been for this delayed experience.
I do not recommend this place. I have had numerous issues with wrong orders and rude staff. This last time we ordered pizza and 20 wings got 10 wings. Call to tell them was accused of basically being dishonest when the manager asks the cook with me on the line how many wings he cooked for my order the cook said 20 well I only got 10. He said they will make 10 more that we have to come pick up which we did. Get them home and its tiny peices of grissle no chicken. They are rude and just unprofessional and to be Frank.. Over priced for a person to not get what they pay good money for. Will go elsewhere
We were traveling and had a stop in town. The pizza place was next to the hotel so I walked over. First thing I saw was two fat dudes fighting in the parking lot lol once dude did do an impressive jumping cobra move I have never seen before. Anyway I braved the heavyweight brawl and went in to get my pizza. Man I was glad I did it was a dang fine pizza! Great crust, cheese and sauce! I would return again despite the dueling twin towers outside.
My uncle, my dad, and myself have come down from MI these last few winters to play golf. We located this pizzeria and it deserves a 10/10 on service, quality, and taste. Hands down Frank and Al’s is the best spot in Port St Lucie.
