Got a brochure in the mail with coupons and as I usually buy pizza there I decided to get 2 large pizzas and the free knots when I placed the order. Drove there and had 3 kids walk in, pay for it and get it. When the kids came back out I asked where are the free knots and they didn’t get them. So I myself walk in to get them and the young girl (glasses & blonde) says ohhh do you have the coupon. I tell her the kids had it as I looked around to see if they dropped it. Walked to the car to ask the kids and walked back in and didn’t see. I mention to her they either lost it or left it home. She looks at me and said YOU COULD JUST PAY FOR THEM. What customer service is that??? I buy pizza there all the time and often!!! It’s not about wanting something free it was about her customer service. If your advertising knots for free with the purchase of 2 large pizzas would it kill your business to give them away for free if I mentioned the coupon when I called in. Hopefully your business is booming because I will never go back.
Ordered two pizzas, I always check them before leaving as so many mistakes are made. The quantity of sausage and mushroom toppings was low. The manager on duty agreed. She went back into the kitchen and came back with a small container of raw sausage and said I could have them but no mushrooms per the cook. She said that was all she could do. They make you pay for the take-out before they bring you the food. I asked for the owner, this manager said she had not seen him for months. Over $16 per pizza should have had more toppings than this.
I ordered a pie for take out using a menu given to me from a neighbor. When I went to pick up the pizza, the price was more than the menu. I doubled checked the menu that was on the counter, thinking they the one I had was old. I was told that the prices went up and new menus were being printed. They would not honor the printed price. The manager told me that there’s something on the back of the menu that prices are subject to change without notice. She also told me that it wouldn’t matter if I spoke to the owner. He simply doesn’t care and I’m lucky to be speaking to her. It’s not the difference in the money, but the principle. Also, the lack of caring. It was like an oh well. We have plenty of business if you don’t like it, don’t come back. So…I won’t. The pizza wasn’t even that good.
We always order from Estelle. Last night the food was awful. I always get shrimp parm dinner withGarlic n oil on the penne. Penbe had sauce.My husband gets gnocchi with a side of meat balls.The sauce which he usually loves was terrible.Even the garlic knots were burnt.

So disappointed in my experience with Estella’s. I ordered 4 pizzas online at 11:15 for a coworker’s birthday, with an estimated delivery time of 12:15. I called at 12:25 to check the status of our delivery and was told that they had not even made our order yet, that online delivery times are inaccurate, and that next time I should call in for more accurate information. I’m sorry, what? Why is it my responsibility to call to make sure that the time listed on their website is correct? They had my number on the order and could have easily called me to let me know that our food was not arriving on time. Now I have 20 hungry coworkers and no time to find an alternative. Horrible customer service!!!!
I received a substantial gift certificate from my awesome neighbor in November. Life got super hectic and by the time I realized it was the new year and I had forgotten about the gift certificate. In March, I found the courage to call them and ask if I could use it. I COULD!! I took the whole family out to dinner and we had an amazing time. I will most definitely go again! The pizza was so GOOD!!
This place is a true gem. The help are friendly and personable. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The pizza is top notch. Look at the photo I attached of a small antipaste salad. It was so beautifully laid out that I had to take a picture . You will not be disappointed.
Every time I come to Estella’s I am treated like family! The food & staff is amazing! Mikayla & Maddie always make everyone at the counter smile & they are always so pleasant to deal with! When dining in it’s like I’m at my family’s home! Definitely recommend their pizza & dinners! Check them out! ?
We had the best service, best lasagna, best garlic knots than at any other Italian eatery in Port St. Lucie! Call ahead & make reservations, this place had a line winding out the door. The manager is top notch!
