I'm a doordash driver. I have to pick up a order to Dunking but in my way I stopped by McDonald's order a breakfast, and them I went to pick doordash food to dunking, the drinks was ready but not the food. New customers arrived, placed order, get his order, and so on but mine not Ready, after wait 20 minutes I called Doordash they call Dunking and someone said that order is not in the system. One of the employees told me the drinks are ready we just waiting for the food. Doordash just canceled the order. Dunking Donald's have keep the drink. The cooking guy was just making drive-thru and lobby order. Forget it about Doordash order.
I've been coming here for years. And it hasn't gotten any better. It's litterally a hit or miss. They can't keep staff Never seems like any kind of team work here. You either get a great cup of coffee and order right or a horrible one and wrong order. Plenty of times you sit in the drive-thru for 15 mins and no one will take your order I have seen this happen so much in the year it's terrible. You can honk your horn say hello and no answer. So take your chance on going to this one. If your lucky the service will be great!
I've tried and tried to continue coming to this location but unfortunately just like the rest of the DD in the PSL/Stuart area they can't get a sime coffee order correct. Today we spent 10 minutes in the drive through at the window while I watched 5 kids, employees, playing games, singing, and dancing while we waited for 2 coffees. And guess what, when they finally gave our coffees they were wrong. I will not be coming back to this location. The kids employed here are top concerned with playing with each other than anything else.
Slow. 4 employees standing in a circle talking and dancing..only ordered iced coffee. This isn't that hard. Couple really good, friendly employees that work there some days, but the service has been atrocious lately.
Not good. Old COLD DRY donuts. This was early in the morning on a Saturday. How can you justify selling cold donuts that were very stale. Almost seemed to have been cooked off site and kept in the cooler. Not recommended.
Waited in the DRIVE THROUGH for over 30 minutes and the girl never even finished taking my order. She started yelling at some guy in the background and that was it. So far I've seen two to three cars leave the drive through cause of how long it took. WORST service I've seen in a drive thru.
Drive thru: The staff was so busy fighting with each other that they got my order wrong. More than half of the items were wrong and the food that was supposed to be served warm was cold.
I love there ice tea its very refreshing. I go here every day. The price's ate a little high could be cheaper.
I've been working here for a few months noe and it has been great! The workers there are great and quick. Kate-my manager always keeps thing going and i lover her enthusiasm. If your lookong to get food and coffee quickly before work - this is the place to go.
The Dunkin’ Donuts on Saint Lucie west is a circus .Everything I ordered was burntWhy would you even send that out?It literally takes .5 seconds to make this garbage food anyways why wouldn’t you just remake it..Whole crew should be fired
