Waited 10 minutes to pay for coffee even though there were 3 people plus a manager there. Very slow service
This team in this Store has finally gotten there Stuff together!! Sarah the Manager and Charity are by far the best team ever!! They don't play!! Food is fresh Food as well... Good Job Dunkin!
This location closes the inside all the time so you have to go through the drive thru. The drive thru is always 10 cars backed up.
Poor service very very slow plus your coffee ☕ doesn't taste like it use too bring back that good rich taste you had about 10 years ago ?
Chasity and Danni makes this the best Dunkin in the county for sure. They're customer service was everything I could ask for.
Tremendously inconsistent, no one I believe that works here is a coffee drinker.The coffee is accurate, watered down and ratios are not consistent.L
I passed two Dunkin' donuts to go to this one specifically. Very hard workers in there. Not sure if anybody from management ever tells them they appreciate them but as a customer I do thank you.
Will NEVER give this location my business again. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building so people try to go inside. The employees are rude as hell when you walk in saying drive thru only; if that’s the case lock the door. It’s not the customers fault that there is only three of you working; it’s also not the customers fault that you all just want to stand around. Orders are never right. This location has taken a shot over the last few months.
I try to be fairly understanding about people and how it takes time, that being said, I waited for 10 minutes in the empty dunkin for somebody to realize I was there. I tried motioning a few times to them but they didn’t notice for a while. Now that’s not that bad, I get it people get distracted. But the woman starts making the drink and I hear her ask where the “chai powder” is and I hear some response back vaguely about there not being any? Regardless I waited for the drink but the drink is essentially ice with whipped cream on top. That’s what’s frustrating, I paid for something a chai but I got icey milk, I can’t taste anything but the milk :( maybe it’s just me, but I think the staff may wanna keep in mind to add in the flavor.
I stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts to get a cappuccino to help get me home to Orlando...even though it was close to closing they made me an excellent cappuccino I greatly appreciate that thank you very much! 5 stars!
