The parking lot is a mess. People come in from the side street and from the front and fight over a spot in the drive through. The employees are aware but dunkin won't do anything about it.
I would like to say. Keke at store #128 went out of her way to get me iced decaf when I was told by another worker they didn't have any. Keke took upon herself to accommodate me and make me one. She explained that she would use hot decaf coffee and ice it down. Thanks Keke for making me happy for the littlest things in life.
Slowest and worst DD ever!!! Waiting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and still haven’t ordered and there is only 2 cars in front of me Horrible
On a scale of 1 to 10 10. , I give this a - 16. The person who took my order, Grace Piazza was very disrespectful to me as a customer. The reason this store is getting a Midas is because of Grace Piazza. Management should really look at this employee he's drug problem. She was definitely on something that made her little nuts today. I would never have such a disrespectful young lady working in my employee.
They don't pay attention to the orders... twice this week my order was wrong.. plus they don't answer the phone to speak with someone to get the order correct.
I come here pretty regularly because of the location to my work. Ive seen some bad management come through this place and in the past have had bad experiences but recently I’ve noticed better service, better quality food, a cleaner building and a better atmosphere between the employees. I saw a new face who seemed like he might be a manager so out of curiosity I asked him if he was a manager and he told me that he was the new store manager of that location, just started a few weeks ago. I guess all the place needed was a new manager to whip the place into shape. Definitely good to see someone take control and run a good business.
everytime I go I order a Macchiato. but really all I get is a medium size cup of milk. so disappointing everytime.
Had to be said...hopefully the manager will read the review and apply the necessary corrections...I mean, two employees assisting customers, while drive through is very long and slow moving...whereas inside is another long wait, seeing only two people trying to accomodate all those tasks...then to top it all...receiving the wrong things ordered!!!*Drinks...both of them was not made with experience, after realizing the questions asked while ordering, training????P.S. Not blaming employees...there is so much (one) can do...**Please pick up on your service..thanks!!!***This location is on the corner of Crosstown on Rt 1!!!
Absolute worst Dunkin' donuts that has ever existed and it shows that the management skills are that of a maybe kindergartener. Complete incompetence don't know how the store to stay open this long!!!!
They don't answer the phone or correctly fulfill your order. I just wanted coffee with cream and sugar. It's on the printed ticket, just not in the coffee.... Tried to call store to hopefully prevent future mistakes. Working answer the phone.
