Been here a few times..First experience several months ago; as my compadre was about to take a drink of his newly acquired beverage the bottom dropped out getting all over him and the bar top, his food etc. (apparently it's been an ongoing issue with the new glasses they ordered according to her). He was doused in liquid, we were supplied with a replacement drink but honestly expected a little more in exchange for his experience.And quite recently we returned only for the bartender to spray us with soda not once but twice... Apparently the nozzle kept falling off of their multi purpose drink thing and surprisingly without the nozzle it isn't just a straight liquid shoot out, instead it's like a pressurized sprinkler head shooting out like a star. I waited +10 minutes for my ranch but had already given up on it and ate half my buffalo chicken sandwich before she arrived. Took another +10 for the box we requested after paying. No discount for us even though our food/ phones being sprayed with soda. Luckily the people next to us gave us napkins to remove the excess soda on us (yes it was that bad) which neither of those two times the bartender offered us a rag or even napkins to dry off our things or ourselves.It became a running joke with the people next to us, which we probably would have found funny if we hadn't been sober because it took me more than 40 minutes just for the 2 drinks. Talking to coworkers on other side of bar and being out of sight is how the majority of that time added up.Yeah.. even for a "free" drink, not worth it.
Worst experience so far at this Duffy’s . I have been to this Duffy’s at least 5 times . At first it was great! But after the third visit it started getting bad . The last visit they didn’t have onion straws for the jack burger so we had to choose something else and they were out of that also but the waitress was good . This time was real bad. My girlfriend wanted the Rubin sandwich but they didn’t have that . The waitress said the truck doesn’t bring it till tomorrow ?? What does that mean I asked she didn’t have a straight answer for me so she got the tuna nacho’s that she has had 3 times prior, except this time the tuna was rancid! The people across from us sent there’s back also . So she ordered chicken tenders that took over 35 minutes and came out over cooked and super dry ! My sandwich was good but my onion rings were also over cooked like sawdust . But to top off the whole visit was the waitress Jessica R by far the worst waitress ever !! She never came back to check on us our drinks were empty the whole time then at the end after I ate all the ice cubes and sucked the juice from the lemon wedge she finally came back I timed her 25 minutes later for the bill and if we wanted more drinks! Seriously wake up!! But if the service was good but the food had issues it would have not been as bad . But unfortunately it wasn’t and the food and the service was horrible tonight!!! I will have to scratch Duffy’s back off my list and take the 6 minute drive to millers ale house.
Great experience if you want to watch any sport, eat with family or even a business lunch. Came for the Heat game and even though it was full we got a table for 8 in 15 minutes. Drinks came out fairly quick and the food was on point. I got a jack daniel burger ? and loved it. Will definitely come back .
Had a blast here bowling last night and playing in the arcade room! Ordered Duffy's from our bowling lane and had a small problem with our ticket but WOW Steve the manager was so friendly and professional and fixed the problem immediately! The girl bartender needs to work on being more friendly but other than that had a great experience ?
Today we went to Duffys for an experience like none other, we had the best service that I have ever had in visiting this place. The vibe was great the, thee food was delicious. But the reason for this posting is my server Denise was amazing she had so much energy and she was laughing and joking with us. She really turned it up a notch her attitude is amazing, and she was really attentive to make sure we got everything we needed. If anything I would come back just for her service.

Great place to grab a bite and a drink before heading home to Miami. Ask for Emily by name - she provided us with the best customer service to ever! (Which is rare since COVID happened.)
