The store owner Janet is the most disrespectful person I have ever witnessed. This woman came into the store screaming at the top of her lungs to all of her employees. She has no shame in acting out of character in front customers let alone the people that are working for her. This is not the first time that she has been disrespectful either. I don’t know who her boss is but she needs to be fired immediately. No manager should ever pace around the store like a maniac getting in her employee‘s faces, making their employees cry or cussing them out, ESPECIALLY not with customers around. Get Janet out!
This place has gone so down hill. Stopped in 5 minutes ago and the smell of dirty mop or pike and bleach was so strong we didn’t stay. If they can’t keep the floors clean am I supposed to be confident the rest of the establishment is?
They need training. They're not too friendly no hello or thankyou.. No lids on drinks or napkins unless you ask. I thought napkins automatically come with fast food purchases.. Not here Not EVER!!!
Said they closed at 11. Waited in line 15 mins only to be told at 9:43 they were closed. Thanks DQ! We spent our time and gas money to drive to you. Nice work ethic of your employees and obviously total lack of good management.
When u walk in a store even if they not ready to serve someone should acknowledge you there. Hi ill be right with u i was there for a good 10 minutes they was walking back in forte laughing with each other didn't say a word to us.
Just spent $40 here and the girl told me they don’t have a scanner to receive points and 2 of the large blizzards were straight vanilla ice cream when I paid for extra candy…. Garbage
Been coming here a few times had somewhat good service but today they closed drive thru for no reason well at least none were given to me or the other customers waiting in line. It is so unprofessional to just shut the store and not have a reason when your website and store hours say 11 it was 9:30pm so you close and hour and a half early yet have staff inside. Won't be coming to this establishment again hopefully they change their staff and work to make this place a better store.
This Dairy Queen genuinely sucks. Last 4 times I’ve come my order has been wrong. Person taking the orders reads it back wrong and you have to correct em about 5 times. And then the order still comes out wrong. You wait for 25+ minutes with one car front of you in line the entire time. Just ridiculous.
Not sure why, but it was closed an hour early (I tried going to the drive thru at 10pm and some employees were out back and said they were closed). Not sure if the employees took it upon themselves to close early or if they had a legitimate reason for doing so. Either way, seems very unprofessional to change your business hours without warning.
My nephew and I ordered a banana split. The pineapples bites were nasty (spoiled) ??
