I stopped by to get some chicken tenders for my daughter, went through the drive thru and immediately had the most helpful, pleasant person over the speaker. I write this review because nowadays customer service is a lost art. It was so refreshing to be greeted and hear that the person on the other end was smiling as they talked. At the window, I learned her name was Ms. Tory and she deserves a ton a praise for her excellent customer service and smile. Thank you Ms. Tory for being what the world needs more of!!
I guess it's okay if you were looking to pay $5+ for a cup full of mostly "pure ice cream" for your Blizzard. This location also does not take any coupons out of the Enjoyment coupon book for the Treasure Coast. The young man at the drive thru also couldn't even be bothered to scan my phone so I could get points for this purchase on the DQ app.
Just get the ice cream. Food was eh. Wife got sick off the burger. Chicken was good but overpriced. Would say, ice cream , maybe side of fries. Tried to reach out as asked below , sent my experience, hit submit and it won't. Can even get that right. Website, refuses to take my submitted response when asked, more work, for my sub par experience,still get no where, not a big deal since we wint return. Easy stuff
went there literally 5 minutes ago, and i understand a long line can happen and there is a wait. but they didn’t have to courtesy to keep my ice cream i ordered in the freezer or anything before handing it to me. after waiting like 10 minutes for them to finally get to my car they handed me completely melted sundaes which i didn’t notice until i got out of the parking lot because my whole front right seat and center console was covered in ice cream. completely unacceptable. no lids on the top or anything? couldn’t keep them in the freezer before handing them to me? please fix this.
It was a challenge for us and other customers to find a clean table. The employee (Young Girl) was totally unmotivated and made an annoyed impression.

We have never been to this location or any DQ since moving here 3 years ago. Coming in we had no idea what was on their menu anymore and Brandy the manager helped us the entire way through. She even walked out youngest to the cooler to pick out his dessert. This is exceptional service that is hard to find. The cashier Eddie M was a very hard working young man as well. We will 100% be back with service like this! Thank you DQ team!
I had high hopes about the warm welcome and the great atmosphere while dining on Sunday afternoon. But I wish I would have checked my to go order before leaving. I ordered a 6 pack of dilly bars and received 4 dilly bars and 2 strawberry popsicles. I went back today to see what was the discrepancy with my order. The manager and the person who took my order explained to me that the strawberry popsicles are their cherry dilly bar. I explained to her the app doesn’t say that it’s described as ice cream with a cherry hard shell. She just kept repeating that even though I told her I ordered dilly bars not popsicles. She didn’t try to give me what I ordered to replace what I didn’t receive the first time. I was really disappointed with the way this situation was handled please check your orders before leaving.
Went into to DQ for a quick dine in lunch and to grab some food to take back to other family not with us. First, The gentleman who took our order was professional and extremely helpful. Part of our order was to go, so he offered to prepare these items after we were finished eating. Second, a lady brought my blizzard out to me and noticed we didn’t have any napkins at the table, without asking her to, she brought napkins for us to have at the table. Third, we ran out of ketchup and the gentleman who brought our food out, the same gentleman who took our order, noticed and brought more to us without us asking. Lastly, when we were ready to leave, the same you man noticed and started preparing our to-go food so it didn’t melt before we were back to the family who ordered. This was the absolute best “fast food” experience we’ve had in YEARS!! It was so refreshing to see an establishment ran with staff who truly embrace service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Excellent service! First time at this location and first time of having food brought to table! It was very busy because cad show was going on, but service was accurate, courteous, and quick. We will absolutely be going back to thos location!
