Terrible service. Watched them run out of black beans a couple of customers ahead. Didn’t even ask me if I would like to wait for refill. Just gave me pintos. Food was mediocre and not even warm. Everyone raves about Chipotle. My first time. Will never go back if this is the way it is in every location
We are enjoying the recently opened Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tradition. So far our favorites are, the Chicken Bowl and the Carnitas Burrito. They’re famous for their guacamole and rightly so, we get it every-time. To avoid the lines, we found the best way, is to use their app to order your food. It will be hot and ready for you when you get there. The staff is friendly, very efficient the place is spotless. You can dine-in, use the drive-through or the carryout pick up window. Highly recommend, when you’re looking for delicious fresh Mexican style food. ?
I’m so upset and truly speechless…My steak salad had literally no lettuce/greens, steak meat is not what I requested. My salad looks disgusting and I have lost my appetite. The large bag of chips more like extra small and they were stale. My husband was so upset with the service and then no drinks in the fountain machine, and tables are not clean. Where’s management for this location?! We will it be going back to this location.
This chipotle has to be one of the best is south Florida. Honestly the service is great, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my food. They always are well stocked with the freshest ingredients. I highly recommend stopping by.
The quality food is good, the service slower. In here they are short on staff they need to hire more workers.. or something literally one person is doing 2/3 things.. the place will operate better if they have enough people to work as a team and progressive in order.. poor team work, and hopefully management can operate better in near future. I still want to buy food from Chipotle but service is poor.
I’ll start with the good: same quality Chipotle burrito you can get anywhere else, and the staff are just people trying to get through their day, no anger toward them. That’s about it. And now the bad: disorganized and understaffed store with rightfully upset and frustrated staff. This place clearly has a morale problem and I blame whoever manages this place. They need to turn things around, and quick. Hire more staff, treat them with respect, and give them what they need to make this place successful.
After waiting 50 minutes past our pick up time, they decided that they were closing and we wouldnt get our food and we would have to request a refund. Pathetic, terrible, the WORST ever management and employees ever. How can you tell someone you are working on the food and then say nope not going to get it, we gotta go home. NEVER AGAIN!!
I went to eat at the Chipotle the other day and one of their staff members (Taylor) was extremely friendly and really made my experience beyond good. I will be visiting this Chipotle with a great deal of frequency.
I used to go to a Chipotle in Texas all the time. Great food, great variety, great service. Here?...pitiful. I've been once on a Friday to get a to go order. VERY few selections to add to my bowl. and NO GUACOMOLE! Seriously, you run out of Guacamole that you advertise on TV every day? Pitiful. I'll go back again in a couple of months and hopefully they'll have turned it around by than!
Wish I could get a number to get my money back. My husband and I ordered two bowls.. they are horrible. First off, we ordered for 8pm and pull up to the window at 8:10pm (knowing it’s never ready on time) and they hadn’t even started our bowl and had to look for the order to make it. When we finally got it after 8:17pm we mistakenly went home before making sure they were correct. For the second time now my husband has gotten a chunk of fat that takes up most of his “meat” instead of getting a real scoop of meat. My bowl is filled a third of the way with liquid and I have toppings that I didn’t order. I’m over this chipotle. Disgusting.
