The tall black girl with braids and a very HAPPY SPIRIT. She was so positive and encouraging she made a encouraging statement about my daughter positive tee shirt she was wearing, it was much needed for my baby girl to hear that. I want this girl to know how amazing she is as a working, as a person, she prepped my food well, and just her spirit alone made the whole restaurant surpass a 5 star. She needs a higher position in my opinion, just a positive, happy spirited, big smile individual. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Wish I had gotten your name. Yall look what we just received! I swear to you! We are in shock this is what our Burritos look like and the chips we ordered were missing from order. Is this a joke?
This is our local chipotle, and service here has deteriorated over the past year+ to the point that its not worth returning. I just got home after picking up a to go order with four sides of guacamole (one large, three regular) and each side was filled with rock hard chunks of avocado that had not been mashed (i could barely cut through them with a serrated steak knife they were so unripe). What little remaining actual mashed guacamole was included was brown. I easily spent $15 on guacamole in this order that should have never made it out in an order to a customer. When I tried to call to provide feedback to the manager, of course the store doesn’t have a way to actually speak to a person. Chipotle’s online survey form also is like shouting into the void with no followup for negative feedback ever. This has happened enough times at this location that I don’t plan to return. Have some actual quality control considering the prices your charging customers.
This location has to be one of the worst I've been to hands down. The online order prep area looked disgusting when I was in there. The employees are all in a bad mood. I understand that dealing with the public is difficult but your store needs better training on customer service. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. I had to leave quickly instead of sitting down to eat my food because it felt gross just being there. Management needs to change the morale and step it up!
This place has never been organized. The poor employees are trying their hardest but it's just poorly managed to the point of being negligent. I was waiting with 8 other people who placed their orders online and all of us thought we were doing the smart thing to save time. It turns that it would have been around 5 times faster to just get in line and place the order than to expect the food to be ready to pickup when placing the order online. I know this because I saw the line fill and empty 5 times since I arrived to pick up the food. Not even taking into account I arrived 10 minutes later than I was told to arrive. The really devious part is how the feedback system on the Chipotle website is disabled for this location so you can't tell them how they can improve. See the attached images of my feedback and how the feedback was blocked because "Sorry, something's not right. Please try again later." Nice. Of course, after all that waiting, I didn't even get what I ordered. I was given a bowl instead of a burrito because those are faster to make. I don't blame the employee, I blame the management.
What is wrong with this Chipotle, worst place ever! I give it a try every once in a while but I always get disappointed! This time they were out of cheese and by the lady they had plenty of Carnitas. $9 for this? Wow
Only my second Non 5 star review and this place should get a minus 3. I think everyone who was working was on their first day. The line was out the door due to how slow the service was. The cashier was VERY RUDE to the employee she seemed to be training. She kept raising her voice and saying NO. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I waited easily 15 minutes in line to order 1 burrito. I will drive the extra couple of miles to avoid this location next time. Food was eh. Nothing to write home about.
Ordered from them today and had delivered and this is what we opened to. A quarter amount of food! Ridiculous. Someone needs to contact me immediately as I’ve tried calling 6 times and no one answers.
Yeah I understand this is a very busy location and probably the only maybe in the city at the moment but it’s no excuse for the poor behavior of the staff. I worked in the food industry and when we would change our items for the next shift we didn’t ignore customers or make them feel bad for coming in at that time. We communicated effectively till myself or someone could help the customer. They don’t do that. I’m not sure who’s running the afternoon shift but y’all need to get it together. Matter of fact every time I buy from there. Y’all are disorganized and very understaff. The store is just a mess. The food is good thank god but everything else. Y’all need to work on it. Plus they’re not putting enough chips in the bag. They only gave me half. Plus they were out of lids. Someone isn’t keeping up with this store. Y’all need undercover boss or something
The line goes around the perimeter of the restaurant. Short staffed and always running late with in person and online orders.All online orders are made with no care. I only hope the one in tradition is a different manager and is well staffed.
