First time here but it was a good experience. No wait and staff was polite and courteous. Prices are reasonable. They sell birthday cakes and candles.
I took my son to get ice cream today and the young girl working was AMAZING with my son. She asked if we wanted to try anything and she let my son try a couple of samples. She was very welcoming and kind. Would definitely recommend this place.
I have been coming to this location for a while and have never had an issue until today. The young lady that is working has some sort of attitude. Bad business. She made our ice cream and when I point out the fact that the ice cream looks low she advise they only bring it to a certain place. We ordered a large I have attached a photo of where she added the ice cream. Seems that we should have just ordered a smaller size. We'll stick to coldstone from now on.
Dang ! I tried Carvel's ice cream for the first time tonight
My family and I had the best time at Carvel. The store was clean, the women behind the counter was very nice and responsive to our needs.. I would recommend this carvel and bring your family
It takes a lot but time after time the same young lady is rude and refuses to be kind. I would rather go to Culver’s, sonic, and even McDonald’s than be treated by her.

Just picked up my customized cake for the Birthday girl , and got to say they did not disappoint! Very well done, picture came out beautiful , colors makes the cake pop out. The ladies at the place were very kind and helped me from step one, would definitely come back here again! 10/10 services.
