Always friendly and efficient service when stopping in with the grandkids for ice cream, and just picked up another amazing birthday cake that I know is going to be a big hit with the kids and adults alike. Thank you Bora for the phenomenal cake decoration. And, thanks also to the young woman behind the counter who took my in person order and the young man who helped me with the pick up today. They both kept smiles on while dealing with a kind but picky repeat customer. Much appreciated!Photo added. I provided the topper and toy figurines.
Second time we ordered an edible image ice cream cake and came out amazing. The two young ladies working the counter were super sweet and very friendly . Love this place
Normally we have a great experience. Today, not so much. I always have chocolate fudge. But today they had none out. When we inquired, we were told it's in the back too frozen to use. Didn't offer to bring it out, no apology nothing....this is the way it is. My fiance wanted more toppings but they used the smallest cup for his ice cream and gave him barely any. No napkins out and available. After we paid, everyone disappeared to the back, we had to wait for napkins while they made their own ice cream.
Walked in today, another woman waiting, everyone in the back not paying attention to the fact that they had customers waiting. I ended up having to knock hard on the door leaing to the back to get there attention. When they came out they said that they didn't know people were waiting to be helped. Maybe if they were paying attention they would have known. I grew up on Carvel, when I learned that they were popping up again I said that is awesome because I loved Carvel, after the few times I have been to this Carvel, I say why make a comeback at all. I think I will stick with Stone Cold Creamery, better service, and better product.
Does any local business rally care about customer service.? Just a question I love Carvel and this place is destroying my love for Carvel. Want my kids to know how great of a product it is.when I bring kids in for after dinner dessert. And there is a 1/2 dozen kids playing around behind the counter not paying any attention to customers with 6 grade attitudes twisty treat here i come.might not be Carvel but they treat you well
This place was understaffed but who isn’t. still did great. And carvel has the best ice cream
The ice cream and the shake options are pretty good. But the real winner here are the hand made packaged cookie sandwiches you can pick up in the freezer next to the cash register. They are absolutely delicious.
i’m gonna tell you one thing all right Efron is a respectful man not only does he have a conversation with us every time we go here he is not rude at all man he is such a great guy he makes the ice cream with care all right see and love let’s just say that Efron is the best one and I mean that I will never stop coming here I will love this Carvel until I die as long as the worker Efron is there he is the best best guy and he is the best greatest person in the whole planet and I would never want anyone else to make my ice cream and that’s on God I want everyone to reading this to know that Efron know how to make ice cream and he will not disrespect you good night Miami
This place has exceeded my expectations. I asked for a monster truck theme cake for my son's 3rd birthday & for it being the first time they have ever had to do something like this. They did such a wonderful, exceptional job. I will definitely be using them again for cakes.
Ordered a birthday cake for Halloween. When I placed the order I was asked about colors & decorations. I said Halloween colors & left the rest up to the decorator. Crystal took the order & also did the cake. She did an outstanding job. The cake was adorable and loved by all. Thank you Crystal.
