I go to have lunch my wife order a double cheeseburger ? with bacon and a order of onion rings .so we received the burger with out bacon ? and the onions ring so salty that we won’t be able to eat it . My wife go the register ask them to switch for French fry ? and here is what we get the worst fry’s ever completely burn ?. and the manager after see me taking pictures of the food comes to my table and tell my wife your next meal is on us . Never offer can we make it batter on anything so worst experience ever I will never visit burger fi especially 1473 on Port Saint Lucie blvdAnd before I forgot we paid for burn fry’s salty onions and incomplete burger $20 I will never return ?
Placed an online pickup order an hour in advance, when i arrived (10 minutes after the pickup time) the order was no where to be found, i observed the cashier and another associate arguing about who packaged it and they came to the conclusion that they must have given it to someone else. (Thats fine, mistakes happen) The associate apologized and said she would make it again and that it would only take 10 minutes. (Reasonable solution!) I patiently waited 30 minutes for the food to be remade (not a big deal, things take time). When it was given to me, I checked to make sure i had everything andI noticed an order of fries was missing. Simple fix, right? Wrong.... this is where it turns When i told the associate I was missing a fry she seemed to get a little annoyed with me, I got a little huff and a puff from her as she went to the back to let them know. While she was back there I could hear the other employees in the back complaining. Realizing that this was starting to be a royal cluster fk, I proceeded to check the rest of the order and lo and behold, every single item that i paid to "customize" was completely wrong. They basically just gave me generic burgers, nothing added, nothing removed as directed in my order. She then came back in the front (without the fries) and proceeded to help another customer, without even acknowledging me. When she was finished, i told her the order was completely wrong. She said "what do you want me to do"? I told her Id like the correct order, the order that I paid for, which she then asked me what my order was (facepalm) and i asked her dont you have a copy of it in the back?? At this point i was completely annoyed, i had been there almost an hour, my order was all wrong and they honestly didnt seem like they even gave a damn. Im not proud of this but I did the most Karen thing Ive ever done in my life and "asked for a manager" to which she simply said "there is none" So I asked who was in charge, and she said "no one really" and went in the back to inform them that they had to remake the order..... again... I could hear the laughing and snide remarks from the people in the back and when she came back out, she told me that it would take an additional 45 minutes to make my order again. i realized at this point hat theyre most likely going to spit in the food (or worse) so i left with an incomplete and incorrect order and honestly will never step foot in or spend a single penny at a burgerfi or the restaurant "the office" in delray beach (same owner) ever again. John Rosatti, you should be ashamed at the people working in your store - completely unprofessional and couldnt care less To the people reading this, drive another mile down the road and go to FiveGuys instead of here, thank me later.
Ordered through the app: Cheeseburger with no tomatoes and add onions and pickles, fries and a drink. When I got in there, I was ignored for a couple of minutes by the staff. An older gentleman who appeared to be the manager was fiddling with the POS system even though he can see me and another customer was there. Finally got my order but had to wait a couple more minutes to get the attention of the gentleman again to get my drink cup even though I asked for it when I got my food. I got home and saw my cheeseburger had a wheat bun... Okay? Gross but whatever. Not the usual bun that burgerfi uses. I look at my burger and see the tomatoes that I specifically asked to not be on my burger. There were no onions or pickles. The overall experience was just not good. I don't know what this location is doing but not a good experience to try and get me to come back.
Don’t order from DoorDash! Completely different to what I ordered. Cold food and beef tasted funny. Called restaurant and was told they couldn’t help.
Alright Burgerfi, I have a beef. My burger had 2 patties. One was well less than cooked and the other was well less than whole. Now just to be clear, I'm fat. I eat a lot of questionable things so for it to be undercooked for me, should say something. The slap in the face though was really the other 3/4 patty. Now, I'd likely be ok with two 3/4 patties that are sufficiently cooked. Hell, I'd probably be more ok with two whole undercooked patties. But an undercooked patty toped with an incomplete patty?? Maybe it identified as a whole patty and I'm just being insensitive but... Calling it a whole patty doesn't REALLY make it one. I'm disappointed in you Burgerfi. The only reason you got 2 stars is because I microwaved it like a good fat boy and ate it anyways. But it was entirely void of ANY happiness!
This was our first time to a Burger Fi. We were disappointed overall. My wife and I ordered the CEO burger. They were both very bland and the meat was overcooked. My son ordered a kids burger and they forgot or didn't care to give him the fries with it. My daughter ordered 5 tenders and they completely forgot to make them. 10 minutes later the manager came out with a kids chicken meal with 2 tenders. I had to go back to the counter and request the additional 3 tenders. We all ordered milk shakes, which they forgot about as well. Definitely not impressed, though the fries and milk shakes were good.It should be noted, though that our bill was over $70 for this sub-par fast food. We won't be back.
It was clean, owner on site and very helpful. I’ve been to BurgerFI in ft Lauderdale and it was much better. Unfortunately you are only as good as your crew. Employees look lazy and food presentation was sloppy. Nowadays it’s hard to find any help whether good or bad, so I get it. I would as an owner reward my employees with gift cards and motivational tools such as contests.
Stopped here on my way home from work, Was in the mood for a good burger, that didn't happen, I ordered a double burger with pickle and onion wrapped in lettuce, 3 chicken tenders with Garlic aioli, and a cry and fry, I got two beef patties wrapped in lettuce, no pickles no onion not even the standard sauce the put on all the burgers....the meat was as dried out as it could get... three chicken tenders, no dipping sauce, they cry and fry was good tho. never again.....
Was a terrible experience. We ordered a bacon Fi burger with chili and a plain burger with pickles and ketchup only and two order of fries. Cashier was not the sweetest of people. Food came, my burger didn’t have chili, I brought it up to get chili and they brought it back with a table spoon of chili on it lol. The fries were old, over cooked and cold. My wife asked the same cashier for ketchup and she said they didn’t have any lol however they managed to put ketchup on her plain burger lol. This fantastic experiment for a mere 24 dollars. Highly don’t recommend until they make a lot of staff changes.
Went to eat there at 7:30 pm the door said they closed at 9 this Facebook page and the Website said the same thing. We went to open the door and was rudely informed they were closed even though there were still people in the establishment.
