Ordered food, order was cancelled and I was still charged. They say they have no record of it and I’ve been getting the runaround.

This is hands down the best BK I've been to IN A VERY long time. One of the only fast food burger places of ANY chain serving FRESH product. Idk why all these negative reviews are here but the clearly have the wrong location cuz the keep mentioning the drive through. This is the location INSIDE Walmart. It is now the only place in Port Saint Lucie I'll be going to. The rest no matter which major chain are horrible.
When I was in highschool I would eat lunch at the very first Burger King that was located in Miami on 36th Street. It's still the burger I get cravings for. I've eaten at most of the gourmet burger places and they are very good but don't give the satisfaction of a #1 Whopper and all cost twice as much or more.
This is my third visit that my meal was lacking at this location. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Assume its a new employee or just a bad day. My first visit my bag was missing an entire sandwich. On my last visit the bacon king had zero cheese on it. Makes the sandwich very lacking. On this visit I'd say the bacon king was more like bacon peasant. 2 1/2 bacon and only 1 cheese. Usually theres so much bacon I pull it off and share with the dogs and cheese on each patty. Thats what makes it so awesome. Very disappointed lately. I knew I should have gone to wawa.
If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. Slow service, got my order wrong but of course didn't realize it until I got home.
The slowest burger king in the world ! The food has always been good but don’t use the drive thru , each car seems to take them 6-17 min.
No manager around only a kitchen person who doesn’t speak English just staring at the lobby with people waiting
