Ordered through the drive through , if the foods not ready they have you pull and park, then it's just a show watching them juggle food and try and figure out what food goes where. I remember why now I don't eat fast food. After my food went through several hands and then refusing it for that reason... I asked them to make it fresh, ended up just throwing it out, couldn't trust it.
They designed there drive threw with out thought of customers in mind..You go in and around then you need to go around it again to leave unless you want to take a chance on pulling out where another comes in.
The 2 stars is only on the wait time. 15 minutes in the drive through and there were only 7 cars ahead of me. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and was quite surprised. While not as good as Popeyes it was very good, crispy, moist and spicy.
The restaurant is clean. The staff is helpful. That is obviously the driving force here. The manager or shift lead SMH. She is running the location by terrorizing the staff and it couldn't be more obvious. I can only imagine the turnover here. Who hired her? Rude is an understatement, unprofessional is an understatement. I can not believe her attitude and how she treats her staff. Do better. Her behavior is disgusting and she should be ashamed. My visit was the day and shortly before I did this review.
Holy freaking crap…. I think this is the first time I received proper and above and beyond service nice and friendly service I am stoked like honestly I’m really about to come to this Burger King from now on. Jaylen in drive thru went out of his way just to ask if I wanted marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks it’s the small things in life that truly matter and I appreciate Jaylen ALOT.
Some of the best staff, all super chill and on point, I could tell they work hard only being there for a little while. Super nice, and honestly the only time I see complaints is from people that are very uptight. Great place.
Are you kidding me there's an employee with his uniform on from Burger King sleeping in a booth with his shoes off what is this Burger King going to be unbelievable

Doordash ordered this location multiple times and the past 3 times they've screwed up my order in one way or another. Incredibly lazy workers, I'm just gonna stop ordering from this location all together if they can't get their stuff together. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Avoid at all costs.
Doesn't honor prices/specials in the end board. (2 for $10 whopper combo is not honored but I can get ONE regular whopper combo for nearly $9) ??not like there is a supply issue??
