I pre-ordered my food b4 coming and it was a disaster. I was told to wait in a parking spot, eventually they brought out my food they forget my drink. I waited over 10 min then I went in to get my drink, got an attitude and had to bring home ice cold food
More and more i try giving this location a chance to improve but tonight was the last. I ordered through ubereats 2 whoppers and a bacon cheeseburger its easy to read on order notes i get my order they give me impossible whoppers which i do not eat so i throw away 2nd i ordered a bacon cheeseburger i recieve a hamburger instead it is not hard to read an order ive worked and did management in fast-foods this is only location i have issues with. Please can u try to get orders right.
Should have never re opened. I was the only car in the drive thru. I was told to pull forward for my food. I waited 20 minutes and cars coming in behind me were also told to pull forward but they were getting their food first. When I finally got the food it was all wrong. Will never go here again.
I did not get name but the blond hair lady working drive thru at 1:45 5/30/2022 not only was her customer service remarkable also food was out hot quick. She deserves a raise and praise. Very impressed.
I went through the drive thru and the girl there Jen seemed nice at first , then as I was waiting and talking to her you can see the dirt under her neck ?it was absolutely gross ?!! Then she passed me the food and she had opened sores on her arm ( that wasn’t covered up) ?? What was that about ? The food was fine but the drive thru girl grossed me out ! Don’t eat here !! Top disgusting service!! Management needs to take a BIG outlook on their employees.. I couldn’t stop thinking about that after I left ! Whoever reads this ! Management or customers beware of what you see because it was absolutely gross I’d rather go to a different Burger King then to see that again.
Jennifer,JenniferYou have an amazing personality and bring such a warm feel to burger king . I have been to this burger Numerous of times and not once has anyone had an attitude like you . Just for you I will continue to go back to BK as long as you continue to work there, your the reason for me to spend my hard working money there!!! So I give my 5stars to you Jen!!!!
Considering that the place was empty with at least 5 employees on the clock, the whoppers were terrible. Fries were hot and crispy, but should that really be the best part of the meal?
They were so short handed..the manager was doing her best to try and keep things going. I went through drive thru and pulled ahead to wait for my order... I waited along with 3 vehicle's from behind me 13 minute's before the employee brought me my order...it was a original chicken sandwich meal.... this store is hiring I saw the sign in the window....please help the manager .....thank you
I was able to order online and drove to the location. Although I'm going from out of town to find something to eat before I head back out of town, I made a blank trip, and there was no information online that indicated that the location would be closed before the hours listed, which was it should have been open up until 2:00 a.m.
Usually enjoy coming here but had a negative interaction with a black woman with dreads working the drive thru today. I pulled to the 2nd window and she comes up and tells me I need to pay at the first window. As in she wanted me to reverse my car in the drive thru. I looked at her and said “you can’t just take my money here?” And she responded “well then I’d have to walk over to put it in the register”. After I stared at her for a moment kind of surprised she said “just give it to me”. I’ll just go elsewhere next time to avoid the attitude.
