I did a mobile order for BK which was in the Walmart across the street from this one! Stupid BK was closed. Charged my card but didn’t get my food obvi! Went to this one across the street and although this BK couldn’t provide my order the GM Chris walked me through who to call and was able to get my refund back in 5 mins. Placed our mobile order with him and he had it ready asap! Not only with a smile but was so helpful and kind. What a great way to turn our experience around! You’re awesome Chris!!!! Thank u!!!!
Onion rings ice cold out the window but they made new ones for me. Floor Mgr asked how long ago was she here? Cashier said less than one minute just drove from window to door.
This place is fairly new. Built before 2020. It is greatly understaffed and needs some more people. The food is average to any Burger King. The interior is nice and clean, new. With the understaff issue, large orders seem to take awhile and they often make you park and wait to get your food.
Slow. Helped two other cars that got there after me on the other line. I said something and they were like oh well. Won’t be back, hope this location closes.
Apologetic staff, but waited inside over 20 minutes for an app order. Appears to be too many employees standing around and not enough preparing orders. Food tasted good. Restaurant was clean.
I went into this store about a week ago and was DISGUSTED! There were flies everywhere. The tables were gross and sticky. The tables had food on them still. The floors were sticky. The drink station was unsanitary and I could not drink from there. The manager--a tall, middle-aged, white man was being entirely too aggressive to the employees. All in all, the environment was not for eating and was too hostile for someone to even WANT to eat in.
Went through the drive-through and put in my code that I got for my Burger King app I was told I could not redeem it through the drive-through even though I always redeem it through the drive-through and had to go inside with the kids. Was able to keep the kids in the car went inside and there was a line for the register apparently they did not have change and the manager would not open the second register and openly said they will just have to wait. They clearly don’t want your business so grant them their wish. I took it as a sign ,canceling my Burger King app and I guess it’s time to make healthier choices… Lol
I ordered my meal and received my receipt at 4:17pm. I was told to pull forward after waiting at the window for a very long time. I waited until 4:40pm and i walked in, after being alerted by the customer that was waiting behind me that maybe i should go inside since the staff is just standing around and no one is doing anything.I was told by what seemed to be the manager was that they are short staffed. I looked around and counted at least 5 employees looking clueless, all to be younger that 15 years of age.I received my food at 4:46pm and I left, thinking my order was correct.At 4:56pm, I walked back into the main lobby to request a whopper with cheese, since my sandwich didn't come with it. My sandwich was cold as well.A kid, looking like they were 12 years of age took my sandwich after I told him I ordered cheese and it didn't not come with it and it was cold. I received the same sandwich cold with a cold slice of cheese on it.At 5:05pm I finally talked to the manager and requested a refund because not only was I given back my ice cold burger with ice cold cheese, but my whole order was cold .Isiah told me he needs the whole order back to issue any sort of refund. For the long wait with a 10 year old boy and a 15 year old boy hungry, they ate half of the meals because we waited soooo long but the staff wouldn't take half the order, only the fullAt 5:11pm, I was told to pull forward for my receipt because I was told by the manager that they have people waiting in line for their order and it's going to take a few minutes to print out a copy of my request of the whopper they reimbursed me for..It's 5:15pm I was told by the manager that since the order was so long ago, they cannot print out the receipt. I told her I wanted my original receipt back and she told me Isiah handed it back to me.. the only thing he handed back to me was a 5 dollar bill and some change. At 5:17pm I was given my mysterious disappearing receipt back.This place is soooo unorganized and unprofessional, they do not care about customers at all.They do not wear gloves when handling food either
I was in the area of Burger King in Jensen Beach this morning so I decided to get some breakfast through the drive through. Per my receipt, Anthony was my host. I was greeted with a friendly voice and he was very patient and helpful with my order and when taking my payment. My food was hot and yummy ?. I will definitely be going back again. What a great way to start my day!!
Dirty dining room. Employee making food was eating while preparing orders. That's just gross ?. Got a refund and sent to Culver's!
