Ordered the sampler dinner and got a container with only 6 ravioli for $18 no lasagna or eggplant supposed to come with a side salad with house dressing opened the container it was a half a onion, uncut. I laughed, threw it away and learned my lesson had ramen instead. My daughter enjoyed her Stromboli maybe they don’t like to fulfill orders other than pizza type dishes.
Best pizza I have ever had in my life. My parents used to get pizza from this exact location 15-20 years ago growing up. Now as an adult it’s a delicious slice of nostalgia for me.Pro tip: when you get home put it in the oven for like 5 mins. Gives it a nice crisp on the bottom. Soooo good. Time for a nap. ? ?
Every restaurant has a story, as much of one as the people who choose to work there do. While some faces may come and go, ultimately the story of that restaurant is the culmination of their collective efforts. Luckily for us, here in Port Saint Lucie, Big Apple Pizza and Pasta has a story of hard work and quality food worth sharing.I've been enjoying going to and picking up from this location for nearly 7 years now. Every time I visit, it's always the same couple faces there, which is a comfort since they know what they're doing and consistently do it well. I've been to my fair share of Pizza places but I always find myself coming back here, or wishing I could when I leave our city for a while. They're friendly, appreciative, and, most importantly, the food is always great.On occasion when I've dined in, I've been treated to some of the most lovely servers you'll ever meet. Most recently, one of the newer members to the team, a plucky energetic young woman named Hailey, made my visit even more special. She reminds me of myself and why I entered the business and I admire the different ways others will approach our role in hospitality, and will inwardly scorn when a poor job is done. After all, restaurants are a collaborative process between the front and back of house. I believe that no one will return to a place with good food and bad service, but may very well indeed return to a place with great service and mediocre food. Which is why bringing your best personality and charm front and center is so important and nobody does it better than Hailey.Like always, I'll be back soon, hungry for more. I know that the regulars who come and go on a first name basis with the staff will far outlast my someday final visit to this, my favorite pizza establishment, and that the familiar faces behind the counter will outlast even them. This is their job, their business, their life. It's their story and I'll always be glad to have been a part of it.
I was all geared up to go in & order some Italian subs until I saw a 'trump 2024' sign on their door. Won't go here/Will tell all my friends. When a local business clearly supports a pro-authoritarian/pro-dictator, I will not support them.

Omg ! I ordered dinner from here tonight and I am so disappointed!! I can’t eat these wet water noodles. Has no flavor at all and literally looks like water on some unseasoned chicken pieces. Never again !!!
The Alfredo is 20 dollars and for that, i feel like they could've sprinkled some garlic powder and salt at least into their sauce. That ish was bland...Lord Jesus it tastes like a gravy pasta. I feel as if the Alfredo has become generational trauma in my bloodline, and for that i shan't return!
I do not normally comment, but this is as bad as it gets. I would give this a negative 10 if I could.This picture is how we got our food. It looks like they dumped a diners plate into our food and sent it to us for delivery. Why would you put, no dump, lettuce in a foil container with wings, wing sauce, and mozzarella sticks? Why would you put mozzarella sticks in a container with wing sauce so they get soggy? Why not put them in foil and then in the container?When we called to report this, the guy that answered spoke over me and was very rude. Instead of trying to listen as a provider of service, she started to shift blame. He asked why we ordered through a third party and not directly. What does it matter? Because it was ordered through a third party the quality of the food should suffer? Are you saying you make your food different when ordered this way? The garlic knots where stale with no garlic sauce and we were missing our drink. I’ll be fair and say the missing drink could have been the drivers fault. In any case, this is by far one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Will NEVER order from this store again. Completely unacceptable Big Apple on Bayshore.
Pizza had very little sauce and very little cheese. The pizza was tough and tasted like it was warmed in the microwave. Pizza did not taste fresh.
This place is amazing. The food is fresh and well made. The stuff absolutely amazing very attention and welcoming when you dinning in. I have lived in in the area for about 4 years now and haven't found a better pizza places and it's not from a lack of looking
