Found my hard to find basket cheese, and stumbled onto a gem! We are from CT, so we are used to good NY style pizza and flavors. We tried the pizza, and we are now huge fans! Looking forward to trying their on site made sausage and mozz... can't wait!
Two thumbs way up! Been so disappointed with the strombolis around town, and y'all nailed it! Had to wait a little longer for my pickup, disappointed the meatballs weren't handmade, but the stromboli gets you guys 5 stars! Will be back!Updated: y'all have been my go to pizza spot for 2 years. I don't know if you got a new cook on the weekends, but they need more training! I order the same thing every week, pepperoni and sausage large. I would have kept this if it was fully cooked!
Ive ordered here before and it was usually good until today. I placed an online order for delivery for a later time for 6 pm. Not only was it late everything is cold. The Italian wedding soup is cold and bitter and my pizza is cold and soggy. I tried calling and all i get is a busy signal. $36 wasted on bad food and now bad customer service.Edit: i got ahold of a manager and the offer was a $10 credit or they could remake it and that was after about 5 different excuses such as pizza gets soggy in a box, we've sold a lot of that soup and haven't had any complainants since it was made 3 days ago, and so on. I feel a full refund would have been more appropriate. I told him not to worry about it and I will just take my business elsewhere. What a disappointment
Finally found real ?. Baked goods are excellent, and their house made Italian sausage looked awesome. Service very attentive. Can't imagine being disappointed if you are looking for great pizza and Italian specialties.
Not sure how this place isn't more popular on places like Yelp. This is BY FAR the best pastries and pizza in the Treasure Coast. If you like real NY style pie that is.The Lobster Tails are by far on par with the best ive had in NJ or NYC. Easily. The slices are always great and they use amazing quality sausage. I like a slice of cheese or sausage or pepperoni personally. I also prefer a 2nd pie. Meaning slices off of a pizza that has been precooked partially and then tossed in the oven for your slices and come out with a nice crisp. This is how an afficianado tests pizza.The pizza is a solid 8.5 on a One Bite scale for you One Biters out there.The guys that works here are not that friendly. Very authentic NY. Be aware. It would be 5 star if they were.
I went here because people was saying it was the best ? I don’t know where those guys usually eat or who they was comparing it to but YUK! This food was NOT GOOD! “Baked” Ziti was literally wet pasta with tomato sauce thrown on it no cheese no seasoning no baking no nothing. Pizza yuk. I’m sorry it’s just not good food. Smh
I'm sorry but, as much as I love there pizza I hate there customer service. The delivery time always take more than an hour when they are literally 5min away from my house. When I call to check on my order the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and stated well idk what you ordered but they already left....ok well can u tell me how long until my order arrives it's been an hour and a half and her response was again idk smfh. Ok so after $60 something dollars a tip and an hour and a half later u cant tell me anything smh. Not the 1st time this has happened but will be the last because I will not be ordering from this place again. PS 1hr and 45mins now and still no food
Food was so yummy. Inside was very clean. Pictured is the meatball sub and the classic lasagna with a side salad and garlic bread. The Customer service needs assistance.
It was very good pizza. The soup was awesome. And they don't use cheap ingredients. Such as mozzarella, the dough was very good too. Keep up the good work Bella Roma. We will be back again.
Was loving the pizza until I found a staple baked into my crust called to let them know and was basically talked to like I was crazy the guy told me it’s not possible because there’s no staples by where they roll the dough then handed the phone back to the nice lady and said give him a $5 credit I asked for a refund and it took almost a week to get back
