We came in on a Saturday morning for the first time. It was crowded but the line moved quickly. Staff was nice and professional. The food was fresh and the coffee great. Good price point too. I will be coming back for sure. My advice is have someone grab a table right when you get there because they’re not easy to get!
So happy to have a delicious bagel/breakfast/brunch place so close to my new home. Hubby and I love whitefish salad on a warm, out-of-the-oven bagel. We found our place. Every bagel we've had so far is the right amount of flavor and chewiness.

What a fantastic bagel store home. The food is excellent the bagels are excellent, however the workers seem like they are in a daze and items take forever to complete. Perhaps a few extra workers or managed a little bit tighter they can move the line faster and not have as many people staying around waiting for their orders to be filled. This is an ongoing situation and I come here by often.
This is my first time here I had the steak and egg. ( No egg or special sauce on mines)on the spinach parm bagel it was delicious the bagel was so flavorful definitely will come back here.
New in town. One of the first people here early enough to make 2 egg sandwiches. Waited almost 30 minutes. Upon checking they said the back kitchen never got our order. The place starting filling up. They can't handle a crowd. Staff walking around looking lost.
Best bagels in PSL! Yes, it gets busy... Yes, you need to wait 5-10min, but for really great bagels & spreads... I do not mind. If you are in a hurry, come between 10-11am (earlier may be busy). I came at 8:30, line out the door, waited 10min to order, bagels were up in 5 min. By 9:15, there wasn't a line. Really nice people, service was excellent, and the bagel sandwiches were made perfect. I will be back!!!
The absolute worst. We have ordered from Bagel Bros many times through Door Dash and almost every order is wrong. I keep giving them chances but they keep messing up orders. We do not get our bread with literally half our orders. The omelets always have wrong ingredients in them. And their staff doesn't even write which order is in each container. Who doesn't do that? This place is simply abysmal and I will never order from them again.
I had seven people order after me that had sandwiches and platters sub took out and some ate in. I waited over 45 minutes for a egg sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. And they forgot the bagel with cream cheese. Had to make it after I waited that long for one egg sandwich. The help there runs around like the Keystone cops. No organization. I was a line cook and I could make dinners faster than they can make an egg sandwich. I will never go there again
Asked for a decent amount of cream cheese on the 3 bagels I ordered. Like the last few times maybe a tablespoon on each. To make things worse they don’t answer the phone. Disappointed like usual.
