Just don't. Every time my order was missing a sandwich. When you order on line through the app, your food bags are taped closed. RIP THEM OPEN AT THE COUNTER AND CHECK. Manager..you need to see how often this is happening and if your staff is taking home free food. Won't be back.

Came to try the new wagyu burger after watching reviewbrahs video on it and was not disappointed. I hope they keep it on the menu. Burger was juicy and flavorful. Normally don’t eat at arbys since most their food makes you feel like you’re going to die, but the burger surprisingly did not make me feel like I was going to have a heart attack. 4 stars because they were out of half the healthier part of their menu (wraps) and the wait was long for just two burgers

This was the 1st X visiting an Arby’s. WOW! I was greeted by Catherine with such a smile & enthusiasm I was impressed with her welcome. She was accommodating, polite & friendly. I splice to the Mgr on duty to tell her. Also the person cleaning did such a great job. He moved tables & chairs to clean properly. The bathrooms were really clean. What a great restaurant. Others should visit to take a lesson.

Food is always good but the wait is always hilariously long. Can go to Chick-fil-A next door when twenty people in line and wait is about a third the time it would be if at Arby's even when you're the only one in line at Arby's. They better off adding a Sonic style ordering system and getting rid of drive thru. Then also add some peanuts or candy at the terminals so if you're starving you have something to snack on while you wait because it's going to be awhile.

Classic roast beef sandwiches.

WOW! Here's my story about the "Next Level" service I experienced here:I visited this location looking to try the new Arby's Wagyu beef burger and uncovered that this location was not able to process an Apple Pay transaction. Since I left all my physical credit cards in another city, I had no recourse and made my way out.Suddenly, I heard Catherine (the person who tried to make the transaction work for me initially) shouting to me from the door saying "Sir! Sir! Come back!" --just as I was heading toward my car.I turned back and headed inside, where Marcy (the manager on duty) and Catherine said that since this was a recent issue with Apple Pay, they would GIVE ME the burger and a small curly fry for FREE! I was shocked! The fact that these two exemplified such amazing customer service for an out of town traveler is truly a "next level experience"! It would have been easy to just let me drive away and not be concerned with someone who does not reside in the area--but they both thought much bigger than that: they decided to represent the brand AND their store in that moment. I was truly spellbound by their generosity and their proactive solution to an issue that "the payment system" didn't provide them. While I love all things tech, the human touch and ingenuity they provided when the tech failed is really memorable -- and is also a compelling reason why I STRONGLY recommend THIS LOCATION in Port Saint Lucie West. Thank you Marcy and Catherine for your extra mile effort!

The floor was completely sticky gross. 10 out of 10 people walking inside were getting stuck to the floor. Literally. You can't sell combo meals. If you don't have anything to drink. Come on!!

i come here often and always have the best customer service from the woman with the purple hair, she was so sweet! but one time we did have a young woman with brown/blackish curly hair who was slightly rude to us. overall, great experiences each time :)

Food is usually cold which I can tolerate including the old fries. I drew the line at all 3 of my Arby's roastBeef sandwiches consisting of giant thick slabs of fatty, oval shaped meat that would've taken hours to chew through. It lacked any flavor or tenderness. I've never had an Arby's sandwich like that. I tried to eat it, decided it wasn't worth the calories, and called the manager. His response was, "ok ill check it out. Sorry." He even looked up my order after I repeated it four or five times.. On principle alone I won't be back despite loving Arby's sandwiches and the convenience of the location. 20 bucks for extra garbage in my trash can just isn't acceptable.

Everywhere I go to an Arby's at they're always confused by me asking for a regular roast beef with cheddar. They try to give me beef and cheddar instead. No, I don't want the onion bun or that sweet sauce that comes on it. Idk how else to ask for it lol
