Normally when you go to a drive through you get “Hi Order when you are ready” or “how are you please order when ready” not here,, I got“Order when ready” “second window for total” and annoyed looks as if I had inconvenienced someone’s day for wanting a bite to eat. And my baja blast has no flavor. The crunch wrap was made wrong and fell apart.
My family frequents this Taco Bell due to its proximity to our home. My husband orders the same thing every time. Two bean and cheese burritos. Today, the girl working the drive through literally told us that is not a menu item. That he could order the cheesy rice burrito but not a bean and cheese burrito. We explained we order this every time without an issue and she continued to argue with us. She actually got nasty with us and began demeaning us for stating that their bean burrito has cheese on it, making it a regular bean burrito… with cheese. I’m not sure what’s happened to common sense, but we didn’t feel comfortable ordering after this argument, as we now became worried our food order would be incorrect or worse, messed with by an angry employee who simply couldn’t do her job correctly. I’m all for livable wages, but when you lack the skills to perform your job without complete incompetence and a nasty attitude, it’s hard to get behind justification for higher wages. Let’s just say it’s no wonder she can’t find a better job than Taco Bell.
First of all you’ll wait in line forever to get your food and then to top it off they don’t get your order right so then you have to wait in the drive through again just for them to screw it up once again. This place is now on my boycot list. Drive the extra couple miles and get better service at the next one. 15 buck an hour though right?
An individual fast food restaurant relies more in the speed and accuracy of their orders rather than the quality and flavor of their food (since most of the food is all the same).This Taco Bell / KFC restaurant has been consistent in getting our orders correct in the last couple of years, and so although there's another Taco Bell that's closer to our house, we come here instead.There's also the bonus of being able to order from the KFC menu at the same time.?
At this establishment the food is great but the employees are greater. Sharice knows how to make a famous bowl. Matt can fry chicken, Katelynn is the boss but April keeps them in line.
Drive thru took longer, but it was because they made a fresh batch of nacho fries! Got my order correct so I'm happy.
They are constantly introducing new menu items, keeping their meal choices interesting.
It was good. It's in the building with KFC so that worked out perfectly for my fam
Had to edit 5 star reveiw. Tonight lobby locked up 10 mins early. Drive thru was prioritized over doordash so they waisted 15 mins of my time. Also, the young lady who locked up the lobby was taking drive through orders, dropping money, and making food and just wearing the same pair of gloves through every station. No handwashing procedures followed in any way.
You can just eat so healthy here..in some ways that's kind of odd to find in fast food...I'm fasting until 6 o'clock supper 5 days now..I'm edgy I know it...last night was a tuna foot long Subway..Mickey D's black coffee thru the day.. 2 nights back was taco time I'll be back....
