This place is terrible and disgusting.All three “managers” ignored my problem and instead of trying to fix it, threatened to call cops on me.I brought my order back and it was neither fixed NOR refunded so basically they stole $30 from me.I called the 1800 number and even tried to contact them online to only be ignored again.They are nasty and have terrible service. I definitely won’t ever be back. Fire the whole team and start fresh. Store manager OBVIOUSLY doesn’t care about his job either. Total joke.
Place is incredibly slow, sat in the drive through for 35 minutes for six cold halfway filled tacos. Manager has a maximum of two brain cells and is extremely uncooperative, this place needs a serious staff re-evaluation.
Got a crunch rap and 2 hash browns so disappointed the guy at the window was nice enough to give me a drink for waiting I couldn’t eat any of my breakfast because the wrap I got had fuz all over and the hash brown was pulled up early I only know because it was sticking to the paper the piece bit into had a hair I already waited 5 mins at the speaker I know they just opened so I didn’t mind waiting on my food so it should’ve been made without problems I’m not usually one to complain but two items had problems and I didn’t wanna eat the 3rd hash brown because of that I just got off an overnight and honestly didn’t have time to go get it fixed because I’m exhausted.
Around like 9 pm today we got some quesoritos and other food, when I started eating one of the quesoritos the rice was just all mushed together and tasted just awful. I tried calling through the phone off of google and it left me ringing for 2 minutes and no one picked up. I wouldn't recommend going to this taco bell i thought that they had a few mess ups but its starting to be more frequent and they dont even do anything about when we tell them.
Everytime were missing items in the drive thru.go in its even worse. It's a simple order people.. maybe less worrying about the phone going off in your back pocket and more attention on your job duties..
I've eaten from here that was fine but last time it was ice cold as soon as they handed it to me. Their soda also tastes super weird and gross.
I recently went there for a steak quesarito and some nacho fries simple enough order but Of course I was disappointed when I got home to eat it it was just A few pieces of steak with some cheese wrapped in a plain tortilla very messy looking then I took a bite of the fries and they were frozen and the drink I asked for I got a completely different drink I was completely disappointed and so sad because I didn’t have enough time to go drive all the way back and complain for an order that should’ve been super simply executed and it’s not like it was busy I was the only car in the lot with five workers there I’m so disappointed in their staff and how terrible they all are! Honestly wish I could give zero stars and they do not answer the phone at all .
Food was good and service was ok. We ordered on a kiosk and got the food but waited 10 minutes for the cups for drinks because noone was watching the front counter.
Food was ok. Order was incorrect but still was able to eat it. Didn't have time to go back and get it fixed due to I on my lunch break.
They were quick to get my food to me after ordering but somehow I ended up with no steak quesadilla and 1 extra burrito... Not syre what happened there when no one was inside and only 1 car came to order at the drive thru minutes after me.
