Usually not a huge Starbucks fan, but I love the modern feel inside and the staff is super friendly and professional. You really get that classic premium Starbucks experience here.
I ordered twice from UberEATS in the past week from this location. Both orders were incorrect. They cant follow basic directions .Very lazy staff and the drinks weren't even stirred or blended. Worst Starbucks location ever.
Yeah I'd like to Starbucks much better now because it has I'm guessing more knowledgeable employees. The last time I went there didn't matter what I asked they looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about I never said anything just stared at me. This time I ordered on the app and then realized I couldn't make it there in time to pick up the order called in and ask them to delay the order and they were more than accommodating on delaying the order. If I'd had $10 with me to leave us a tip I probably would have I was grateful to her. However after seeing all of the new online stuff about how the app orders with anything outside of what is already listed is considered punishment for the employees I'm not going to make it a regular thing for me because sometimes I want something a little different. So considering that special orders can cost as much as $20 for one cup of coffee and I try to never go during peak hours I still don't want to be guilty of punishing an employee of anywhere. I ordered an espresso frappuccino. I hope that wasn't too far out of the way I did ask for whipped cream on it and that was an extra I added. Employee that serviced me was absolutely wonderful and cheerful about it and I was so grateful. When they get their app fixed so they can't mistakenly order a drink that would be taxing on the employees I would definitely be using it at this restaurant.
The way that this Starbucks was built was not thought out well. It is in way too busy of an area to have the limited space that it has. Went there this morning and as usual there was a long line of cars so decided to go inside and there was only one person in front of me. Waited over 20 minutes for a caramel macchiato and a caramel latte. Why? Mainly because of the online/app orders. I love Starbucks so of course I will go there again. But I will say that if I would have gone 10 to 15 times a month, that has changed to maybe once or twice a month. So they're gaining profit by providing app access but losing profit at the same time.
I love love love Starbucks. ThisIs my favorite location. It’s the onlyLocation within 10 miles who employees can follow directions and make exactly what I ask for.
I can't find the words to explain the satisfaction i feel by just going to this specific location for my refreshers and coffee! The staff that was there today between 3-4 pm has been the same staff that has been taking care of me and my obsession here lately for the past five days. I keep coming each day just for the super friendly experience, the cleanliness, and of course for my drinks! They listen and get it right the first time! i wish i knew all their names so i could personally thank them in this review! That crew deserves a HUGE shout for the way they handle business, the way they handle the craziness, and for the way they all work together to make that all happen! There was a gentleman with a black beanie hat who was sitting in the lobby and greeted me with a compliment like he did two days ago, then there was a taller gentleman who ran the register who actually was VERY polite to me when i had went through drive thru the last few times, and today he was just kind and paid attention to my order, and then Samantha was just a flat out sweet heart and talked me through on how to work the app, and just was so attentive to my questions!I was having a very hard week and walking in their today just made my whole week so much better! I got my usual dragon drink w/ sweet cold foam and extra fruit pieces, and i had notice that they had drew a little kitten on it saying, "i hope your day gets better!" It had made me smile because they had taken their time to personalize my cup that i didn't want to throw away! They care! To those three staff members, THANK YOU for your time and thank you for being a WHOLESOME and HAPPY vibe!(sorry for the book lol)i finally say i found my coffee spot!
It's bad enough that they've made my coffee wrong the past 6 times I've been here but I had to go back through through drive through this morning because they didn't remember to put cream in it. Apparently their mistake means I have to get a separate cup of cream and make up my own coffee in a vehicle with no surfaces while im trying to feed my son and the driver has their hands on the wheel. So now I have coffee all over my lap and my legs are burned and ended up just gettinga refund....
Always a great experience at this Starbucks. Staff is lovely. Any items that are less then stellar they will immediately and without question replace.
My wife and I drove to this Starbucks because the one closer to us on Little Rd was out of everything. Lo and behold, this one was out of everything, too. We wanted to get a couple of those Honey Citrus Mint Teas. The Little Rd location helped us out and recreated the drink using other ingredients and matched it next to near flawlessly! However, this Starbucks recommended us the worst tea drink known to man; the Emperor’s Cloud… more like Joey Diaz’s MUSHROOM Cloud ? - this thing was so dank, my entire car needed to be fumigated because all I could smell was the stench of ARTICHOKES! This is literally the worst rated drink Starbucks offers! The person who suggested this drink to my wife and I told us it was a close second to the Honey Citrus Mint Tea. Obviously this was her first day on the job and had no idea what this drink actually tastes like, because it’s death. I can’t believe I was charged $8+tax for this. We even went home and drowned it in honey and lemon juice to try and savage it. This was a hopeless endeavor. Let this be a lesson to all of you; don’t trust those baristas. Do your homework and be aware of what’s in the drink you’re purchasing.
I had the best vanilla Frappuccino I have ever had from any other Starbucks. The secret is to add just a shot of coffee to it, makes it perfect ?
