Excellent NY style bakery. Pastries, cookies cakes and more. Eclairs were excellent as was tiramisu. Staff friendly, place very clean
I really wanted to like this place. I went in and ordered a bunch of pastries & cookies. They had napoleons and cakes and a large assortment of cookies.The cookies were fine, a little dry/crumbly. Is this what all Italian cookies are like/supposed to belike? when compared to other bakeries, I don't think so.The cakes were kind of run of the mill. kind of blah. I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase again.I REALLY wanted the napoleon to be great, so I could return again and again to satisfy my sweet tooth, but the pastry cream was rubbery and the "flaky" pastry was limp and not that flavorful.I did not try the sandwiches, or any of the other non-dessert food, so I can't comment on that yet, and I may return to give that a fair shake.

Very friendly staff! My first time trying the decadent cheesecake and marble cookies plus an iced coffee. Next time, I’ll try the tiramisu and Italian cookies.
2 stars just for the customer service as they were great and their canolis and rainbow cookies were ok, the wedding cookies were bland. Nothing like back home. I really wanted to like this place but it fell short . It could be that they were closing so it was later in the day on a sunday .
The best coffee I have had in the US - I can only drink decaf and I got a decaf latte. The coffee is smooth. We also tried the lobster tail from France which I recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff are great! Their deliveries with Uber Eats is always prompt.MOST OF ALL: their Italian confections are *proper*, not the more American style of overly-sweet approximations. If you're a sweet tooth, you will still LOVE their stuff. Their flavors are expertly balanced, so you don't lose the taste in heaps and heaps sweetness. Their espresso and mocha beverages are well done, and I rave over their herbal teas - not just the boring supermarket flavors!I really can't say it enough: if you wanna support local business, please support this amazing niche/specialty store that brings a little class to Pasco County hahahaha ❤
After calling several bakeries I found the Sorrento employees very helpful and friendly. I ordered an 8" birthday cake with canolli filling for my wife. They did a great job decorating it and it tasted even better. I highly recommend them.Knowledgeable/friendly staffDelicious productsGood prices
Being originally from Chicago, we have struggled to find an Italian bakery with flavors and quality that compares to back home. All I can say is everything we tried was amazing!!!
Never have I liked Tirimisu. I found this café looking for as authentic tirimisu as possible for my brothers birthday, and opted to try it and man- Its perfect. There is no overpowering taste of alcohol or coffee, it's all balance and sooo Lovely. We also got a couple other desserts and those were all just as good.Great spot and will come more often for sure.
