Cosy place with GREAT sushi! The location was a bit concerning as it is in the back of a seemingly closed up little shopping plaza. But happy customers have found the place and filled the chairs on a Tuesday night. Also, food deliveries were regularly going out the door. Everything was delicious from hot edamame to poke bowl to sushi. My favorite was the Sunshine dragon roll. I look forward to eating there again!

If you have not tried this little gem you are truly missing out. The food is delicious!! My family and I tried it and the next day ordered take out. We tried crab Rangoon, pineapple rice, tofu, sushi, curry, wings, poke bowl and the Thai tea. Everything we had was delicious, service was friendly and fantastic. We will be back frequently
We had an incredible meal. From the wonton soup and crispy spring to the Crispy Duck Pad Thai and the Duck Panage. Every dish was delicious! Can't wait to come back again.
Their sushi is truly some of the best we've had in years! Highly recommend tom kha, crab Rangoon and pad thai as well.
My fiance and I tried Rooster Thai off Us-19 and it was EXCEPTIONALLY AMAZING. The location was quaint and cute, menu had great choices, the specials were delicious, and the food was WOW! I ordered the Fantacy Roll off the specials board to start. SO fresh and huge! Next for me was the Roasted Duck Ramen, so crispy on top. Fiance got Teriyaki Chicken and devoured it. I also ordered Nigiri and was so fresh. To finish we had the Green Tea Tempura Cheesecake to go and it was SO yum! They fried the whole piece. Oh and don't forget the Saki ? I highly recommend trying! They should move downtown or to Trinity, they would be slammed all the time
this is the cutest little spot in Hudson! The atmosphere is low key, and really nice and clean. Perfect for date night! They have such a cute set up and good vibes! The food is amazing! My fiancé and I tried a sushi roll, and shared their pad Thai noodles and the Massaman curry ! Forgot to take pictures of everything else but the noodles were delicious. Everything was amazing. The Thai Iced Tea is incredible! We had a great time and suggest this place to anyone for date night!

I haven't had many good food choices since moving to Pasco County. I tried Rooster Thai Sushi and hands down this is the best place to eat. The food is delicious!
