Ordered from this Pizza Hut. Had a free pizza from our points. So we also ordered wings. The only good item were the wings. Pizza was over cooked. Like it was reheated from a previous order and it was luke warm at best. I live 1 1/2 miles from this Pizza Hut. I arrived 5 minutes before my pick up. Waited 10 minutes. Employee was nice. Probably not go back. Will find a new Pizza Hut.

After waiting an hour, I called back. Come to find out, the driver had left my pizzas outside the door on the GROUND, NEXT TO AN ANT HILL!!!!! The manager did remake the order but after waiting almost 2 hours for a 2 pizzas from this place, I was extremely disappointed!!!! I would have done better with a frozen Red Baron pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! You have been warned...........

Ordered a pizza and wings, took an hour and 10 minutes for it to arrive. Both wings and pizza were below average with the pizza tasting like cardboard. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for a while before it got to me and I'm only 15 minutes away.

Very disappointed in this place. We placed an order online while driving home from work. Pizza Hut claims they don't have the order on their computer. We showed them the confirmation email that we had received and ask them to honor the order. The clerk at the counter refused to give us the online price. She tried to charge us more than $8more. Not good customer service.

I ordered the new spicy pepperoni last night. I love hot stuff, wings, mexican, Idian food, everything. But this pizza is JUST TOO HOT!! It was a waste of mony! And my neighbor thought so too! I've got 8 different hot sauces in my kitchen. IT'S TERRIBLE!!

This store is horrible. I haven’t ordered from them in probably six months and today they reminded me why I will never order from them again. Pizza arrives cold to the touch, wrong beverage delivered. I tried 3 different times to call this local Pizza Hut to file a complaint and they never answer the phone. I get routed to a call center in Kansas and I’m in Florida. Terrible customer service and poor quality pizza with very few toppings. I was told by the call center in Kansas that my entire order was being replaced. It’s now been 2 days, I don’t believe it’s coming. Disgusting operations and customer support.

(1) Answer the phone at the store location. (2) delivery quicker than 1 hour 20 minutes on a Monday night when website and text confirmation say 30-40 minutes. (3) deliver a hot product not one that is room temperature which tells me it had been done for a long time before delivery was attempted. (4) get the order correct. Ordered a pepperoni and got a cheese only.

I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service and disgusting treatment we were shown tonight. Never had a problem prior to this but tonight was so unacceptable. We simply ordered a pizza for delivery at 9:42pm as shown in the screen shot. The estimated time was 20 to 30 minutes for delivery. We waited over an hour trying to be patient and did not bother the store. Right before midnight I FINALLY call (not realizing they closed at 11pm. A woman (who claimed to be the manager) rudely answers and blurts out that they’ve been closed for over an hour and then hangs up in my face. I called again to calmly explain we already ordered pizza and wanted an update. After two more attempts calling the same girl answers and I have to talk over her before getting hung up on again and shared that I already ordered pizza and have been waiting over an hour. She then says well sorry you didn’t get a call I guess but we voided out all of them that happened after 1030 because that’s when we stopped delivery we’re closed. I shared with her that I took a screenshot and still have the tracking link that was sent to me which shows I ordered it at 9:42 and it should have arrived at the latest by 1010. She says she doesn’t care and that the order was canceled. I kindly asked for her to still deliver it since they were there because at this point we had a house full of people including kids who were waiting to eat. I even offered to drive up there to pick it up. She refused to allow either options or rectify the situation. I literally would not have even known my pizza was canceled if I didn’t call. My card was already pending the money so I can’t even order delivery somewhere else. She refused to give me her name and her and other coworkers laughed when I tried asking for her supervisor. I will be calling in the morning to speak with a GM who has any bit more hospitality than she clearly did not have, as well as Pizza Hut Corporate !

This has been my second bad experience with this store. Last night I ordered a Supreme pan pizza with No pepporoni, No pork, No onions, Add extra mushrooms and light sauce. I received a pizza with pork and onions and No mushrooms and thick sauce. The only reason I did not call and complain was that it was late and we were hungry. I feel like they are not reading the order or just seeing Supreme and not making the adjustments that are on the ticket.

I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza which should be covered with pepperoni but it was not. Very disappointing. The quality has gone down. I understand things are not the same anymore but if you are going to work please put your all into it. Be proud of the work you do.
