Great food and great customer service. They value their customers and pride themselves on getting the meal right. Highly recommend.
Food was incredible. Would highly recommend an awning over the picnic table for a more convenient wait. 5 stars because with food that delicious I truly can't complain. Really glad we chose to eat here, thank you so much Philly 40. If you're considering this place, you won't be disappointed. If you have to wait, understand it will be worth it. ✨️
Update:, (Will) the owner called and asked if he could make the sandwiches right.I agreed, he remade the sandwiches, added fries and onion rings and promptly delivered the food himself. Food was much better and can recommend this establishment. Thank you Will for your outstanding customer service to please your customers.Ordered 2 cheesesteak 1 with peppers, onions, mayo, 1 with just lettuce and mayo. Sandwiches were delivered by grubhub 30 minutes late. Both were so spicy my wife could not eat hers, went into the trash, so she is having nothing to eat for supper(lettuce & mayo). I ate half of mine, mouth is on fire also went into the trash. $20.00 down the drain being on SS at the end of month is not really affordable. Never again ordering from here
Was next door at Robert's picking up a bbq dinner for my wife. Thought I would try Philly 40 for the 1st. time. When I walked in, there were no other customers at the order counter, and no customers waiting for an order. I ordered full size #1 classic, and asked to add pepper rings & mushrooms to my Cheesesteak sub, along with a side of fries. Paid for my order and added a tip to the jar. Stepped outside and waited just a few minutes. A gentleman met me at the door way, and said "Classic". I figured that was me, because no one else was there waiting. Got back home, and opened up the bag containing my order. When I unwrapped my Cheesesteak sub. There was meat cheese and onion on the sub bun. But there was no add on mushrooms or Pepper rings that I had asked and paid for. Since I live quite a distance away. I just took it as lesson learned. I probably should of checked my sub before I left there. But I figured since I was the only customer there at the time. Just figured they really could not mess this up. Anyway. The Cheesesteak sub was just ok for me. You do get a hearty sub here. But I found the meat a little dry to my taste, but did have plenty of chopped onion mixed with it. The sub bread was super soft and fresh. Almost like it was homemade that morning. And it did hold the ingredients well. But still lacked the mushrooms, and pepper rings I asked to be added. As for the medium thick cut french fries. They were hot right out of the fryer it seemed. Not really sure if they hand cut their own fries? Or if these are a frozen product? Anyway I had to give a rating of 3 stars here. Not the best. But then again not the worst for the money. It's a middle of the road establishment.Respectfully.Reciept #73 4/22/225:09pm.

Amazing Philly's! We both had the Philly 40 Cheesesteaks both small and honestly we could probably share a large. We also got the fries and they were nice and hot and fresh. We will be going back. Very friendly staff.
Just moved to the area, and been looking for a great Philly cheese steak. Trying a different place and completely unsatisfied with everything. Decided to go and try again. That's when I found this place. I called spoke to a woman by the name of Sarah on the phone. Very helpful and she was on point with suggestions for my meal. My roommate went to pick up our dinner and wow we were absolutely pleased with everything the Philly's we're awesome definitely going back to have more soon.
We visited the other day and this place is amazing. The customer service was great, both people I interacted with were very friendly. The subs were excellent, seasoned well, full, and cheesy. We will be back!
We ordered the Wiz Philly sandwich and the chicken Philly as well as the onion rings. Everything was absolutely amazing and arrived hot and fresh.
Visited this cute little establishment .. we are from philly so love our steaks .. we ordered the origional cheesteak which gave u a healthy portion with yummy provolone .. we thought it very tasty will def go back
