This McDonald's is okay, hit or miss on the ice coffee, ice cream, milk shakes etc. you know stuff that needs to be cleaned. Night time is the worst, all depends on who's working, I personally ask who's working so I can see if it is just a coincidence, but no, Lazy night shift people working you won't get any ice cream or milkshakes, other people working, you'll get all that, you'll even get fresh fries.
Seriously awful. Long drive thru wait, menu disappears when you order then they argue over prices, egg shells in the sandwiches, the oil needs to be changed bc the hashbrowns tasted dirty. They are disorganized and don't know who's order is who's and I had missing food. The worker smelled of cigarettes... this place needs managing.. badly
The tables were not clean. We went to 3 tables before we found one that wasn't bad. They were not very busy, so this is uncalled for. The soap in the handicapped bathroom hasn't worked in a few months. Although there is a working dispenser by the other sink outside of the handicapped restroom. The service was more friendly than usual, which was a plus.
3 days in a row various times of the day. I've ordered chicken nuggets and they are NASTY get it together McDonalds.
I won't be comming back here. Night stuff thinks it's okay to stuff their mouths by the pickup window. Not wash their hands and serve food. If the young man who gave me my food washed his hands he would had taken longer. Let alone had some kind of water on his finger nails.Definitely not a place to eat at with covid out there
During the day is fine , but later 8pm or later be prepared to wait in drive thru a good amount of time and don't be low on gas. Waited 30 min on several occasions and 45min another, only 2 or 3 employees and limited training
2/17/22- Ordered 4 Hash browns, my total came to $8+. FOR 4 HASH BROWNS. Come to find out, this Mcdonald's is a whole $.60 cents higher in price on hash browns than the McDonald's just 2 miles down the road on 52. The Girl at the drive through window was about 2 years out of high school, instead of listening to what I was explaining, she was much more interested in what was going on with her personal phone. Ever since new, this location has not been good. This Location has been and will always be a FAIL.
The food is always decent for mcdonald's. The reason for me Knocking a star off, is at times the staff can be a little less than professional. They are not rude, but they could do a little bit better on interactions with customers, I understand that it's late night, and we are in Pasco county. But that is never an excuse
Ordered a caramel frappe and waited 12min only to receive a Mocha. I asked for my nuggets so I could eat while waiting for frappe to be corrected and no they just shut the window and ignored me.....?♀️
Its a McDonaldWhat else needs to be said.I certainly don't make plans to make it my destination.I would always rather spend my money at a neighborhood family owned establishment but that's not 100% possible all the time.Sometimes a gut grenade will have to do.
