How can the fryer be down for the Filet of fish...Customer service did not ask for up sale or any other of recommendations.All he said was fryer down no fish....Sad and poor customer service

I get there this morning and I asked for two hashbrowns and a Sausage Mc griddle no cheese no egg. I get to the first window to pay there’s a mail they’re very nice quick and easy second window there’s a young lady with blond hair she asked me to pull up because they were waiting on my hashbrowns. I get my bag I leave 45 minutes later after I get to work in Trinity I realize that they gave me everything but the sausage Mc griddle all. It was literally just to make griddle patties. I hassle to get back there only to have them try to grill me to prove what time I was there how much I paid and if I had a receipt. I let them know approximately at what time each and everything they asked. I pulled up to the first window now there’s a young light skin girl at the first window where I pay the first time and then I get to the second window and there’s a young Latina girl with tattoos and a pulled back bun Whom I’m familiar with as I’ve seen her before. She looked at me like I had no sense I asked her if she wanted it back that I had it she said no she was good so I’m looking like OK well?? ( in my head because she’s just staring at this point)I tell my husband all the time I see why people go off on them is it right, no but for me to have to go 45 minutes out of my way for you to give me an attitude because you didn’t get it right the first time unacceptable. I really go to McDonald’s and literally every time I do it’s never right. They’re always nasty In regards to attitude of customer service. That’s what happens when you are accusing don’t train them properly to do their job. I did it just like everybody else before them. No value our integrity.
Went to this location this morning and the cashier did not know how to do her job at all. we got our food went to sit downu, all tables and seats needed wiped down. We didn't get utensils so I went up to ask they said they were out we ordered hot cakes ,so I asked for my money back the manger said I have to wait ,so she went back to the line and finished working very rude to us. They could of atleast tell us there were no utensils and we could of ordered something that we could eat easier with our hands. So we left hungry and thirsty.
Tony and the manager Josh are the most awesome people, I honestly couldn't have asked for a happier experience on a Thursday night. They were so kind throughout my order and hooked me up with some great happy meals and Mario kart toys. This location is hands down, the BEST. Love you guys.

Well it seems like all their prices went up at McDonald's and you can't seem to get through there with at least spending 20 or more dollars but what can you say it's fast food. And it was fast quick and delivered to us
Was told to wait at the drive thru. After 2 cars came & went & a 3rd car pulled up in the other lane, I said "Excuse me can someone take my order next? I was here 1st." I was told they were "short staffed & that they would be with me in a minute. Thanks for helping me stick to my diet, I won't be back.

I just ordered food off of door dash the McChicken had no mayo or lettuce on it I ordered regular my large fries are extremely cold and I am missing a big Mac how is these even professional. Can't check yours orders and send the right food to people. Then you guys need to take yourself off of door dash cause this is very unacceptable
