After delivering to me in the past and taking my order and credit card information today, the manager stood over the employee on the phone with me at the last minute and refused to deliver the pizzas I ordered. Then he recommend a competitors pizza to me. I suppose 4 miles is too far now, should have told me prior to the end of the phone call or told me in the future they couldn’t deliver to my home.Customer service at its most pathetic. I won’t even go pick up after being treated the way I was today.
I order from this place often, I decide to To pick up One night an it was the worse experience ever an I am done eating at the establishment. Placing a pick up order I got bounced around from perdí to person had to repeat my order that still wasn’t right.. when I got there everyone was confused. Food was not right, whoever “DAD” is was not happy about remaking my food an was very short an rude. Meanwhile my food is being re made I checked to be sure they even had it right from my phone call in advance. They did not.. I still walked out unhappy an not with what I ordered.
So after being placed on hold numerous times only to be hung up on and never speaking to anyone, I went online and placed an order and payed for it with my card. After waiting an hour and a half I called to ask where my order was only to be told that my order had been deleted and I would not be receiving any food. The unprofessionalism is just mind blowing. I will never order from this restaurant again as it's very, very obvious they care nothing about the consumer. My recommendation would be to avoid this restaurant at all cost. Don't waste your money.
Love love love Mamma Mia's, great staff, great food. There are only 2 pizza shops in Pasco Mamma's and Joey's. Both are the real deal. Go get yourself some good pizza at Mamma's you won't be disappointed.
This place is ridiculous. First time/ last time. They cut my round pizza into squares!!!!! They used some sort of yellow cheese on my garlic pizza and the dough tastes frozen. So annoyed!!! Who does this to pizza??!!!

Tastes like reheated two day old pizza . The pizza was burnt. And can barley bite through the crust one of the worst pizzas I have ever had only thing good about the experience was the delivery guy was really nice

Ordered the chicken parmesan with ziti and got spaghetti. The chicken was cut up and not breaded. Got the manager on the phone and was very rude. No apology or anything. When you order online and put a comment in they don't read it. Sauce was disgusting. Won't be ordering again.
Sriracha Wing sauce taste like it was just poured out the bottle onto the wings. Pizza was ok.
