3 years ago. I wanted to give them this five-star rating. Service was wonderful, and we had a great time. Since then we have gone back a few times, continually getting worse. Just went in to pick up orders instead of dining there. The food had gotten worse, the place was cold. And the staff was rude. We wanted steaks for our anniversary dinner, I called to place to go order, and was told they were not taking to go orders any longer that evening. Evening. This was at 5:00. The girl was very rude on the phone. I asked her well if I ordered when I came in and asked her to go boxes and packed it up and left. Would that be okay? She responded, if that's what you want to do! Very nasty! We used to love to go to the Port Richey longhorns, but will never darken their door again!
Excellent well cooked NY Strip. Waitress talked way too fast, but they were crazy busy and we were not rushed through our meal. Enjoyed salad, bread, steak and sweet potato with cinnamon butter. Very satisfied
We were told 30 minutes but ended up waiting over 65 minutes with other people being seated ahead of us. Asked to speak to the Manager after the hostess told us we would be seated next but didn't follow through. Messaging system was not updated even though we were #2 for 15 minutes. Food finally arrived and was cold. Not up to the usual standards.
We had such a great time eating at this Longhorn Steakhouse in Port Richey. Our server was so amazing and friendly! We enjoyed our appetizers and dinner. The french onion soup was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. Our steaks were grilled to perfection and the dessert was so decadent and delicious! We highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant for lunch/dinner. We look forward to going back again very soon!
Came here with my husband for my birthday tonight our server was Imani! She was so sweet and helped me pick out my drinks from the bar and made my birthday dessert so pretty and so yummy! Ask for her she’s wonderful! She deserves a raise!
Rating three because the manager and waitress went above and beyond. However this location needs some kitchen help to get plates coming out with food on plate that is all hot and fresh. Nearly waited an hour for 2 entrees. once we finally got the 2 dinner plates we had realized nothing on either plate was even Luke warm but the additional side I added was flaming. Just seems odd a bowl of macaroni is what held up a steak and lobster combo.
Besides what shown we also had chicken wings as an appetizer. Steak was tender for choice. Service was good. But next time I would ask them to ease up on the salt on everything. Took half home. My wife had coupons on phone and a gift card for free rewards for stuff.
As usual, it was a very pleasant lunch. No surprises. Loved their french onion soup and caesar salad. Our server was very helpful and the food came out quite quickly.
I know it happens but service was terrible. On a positive note ribeye was delicious. We were understanding and as always gave the minimum 15% tip. I will chalk it up to a off day. I will however try again at a later date.
