Placed an order through the app. Made sure my contact info was correct, 30 min after i placed .y order i get to the speaker (lobby is closed for remodel) and tell them I ordered online. They inform me 1 of my items they didn't have. It was a free sandwich promotion so it was ok. I get to the window and they tell me they are out of mac n cheese which is literally the only thing in my order aside from chicken. They never tried to call me and even marked the order as "ready for pick up". I will never go back to this one. I will drive to extra miles to a better location.
This place is run by the Honey Mustard Mafia. It's so hard to get more than 2 even when you're ordering for a family of four. They've even told me they ran out, only for me to park, go inside and get some from someone behind the counter. It's like they hold onto it for themselves... I can't say I blame them though, it's definitely their best sauce for tenders.No other complaints. Good KFC/Taco Bell otherwise.

Their chicken isn’t even fried all the way, and when I tasted it I did not like the texture of the chicken it was all mushy and soft. When I tried to go there to show them this and to get a new bucket of chicken because I was not going to eat that they were so rude they were arguing with me saying “how you going to tell me how to cook chicken”. I will never be coming back here again they just have horrible customer service.
On a Friday night, they had no food. No chicken at all. They told us they don't make anything after 8:00 pm but they're open till 10 !!!!! I gave it 1 star because they had electricity, a door, and several employees ready to help. How weird is that. !!!!!

I stayed here a lot during two day hotel stay. Great location wise with mostly friendly staff. There is a middle aged white woman who may have been new who seemed really it of it and had an attitude about her own confusion that i found annoying but every one else i dealt with was great and personable. Service was prompt and the premises were clean.
How y'all gonna put 5 of your nasty cookies in a biscuit box to pull them off as biscuits? Horrible horrible!! So disgusting
We've come here three times in the last few months. No one here can cook chicken, it's been overcooked to hell every single time. We've ordered original, extra crispy, even tenders. The oil taste really old and it makes us sick everytime.
