Walk in to order, tell me they have two kind of chicken available, ok that's fine. Pay for it, then stand around for 15 minutes while two customers that came in after me order, pay, and get their food before me. Finally someone asks what I ordered and I hand them my receipt, few minutes later I get my food and it isn't even what I ordered... even when I gave them the receipt. And then I'm told "oh they must've sold that".. I just wanted something to eat real quick before I had to go to work. I ended up just walking out and didn't ask for a refund or anything. Pathetic service. I sympathize with fast food workers but that was just awful.
Only because I rate them the ZERO that they deserve.I even asked if the pot pies were fresh and the mgr.lied to my faceby telling me they were fresh.they were conpletely dried out.WORST KFC EVER.we will take our business elsewhere from now on.
Even though we had a large order we were promptly served and the food was fresh and hot. The chicken tenders were excellent!
Everytime i go to this place that mess up the order today gave us plenty of butter but no biscuits this is the worst KFC on the planet purposely havent eaten there in years and this is why every single time they ruin my meal just paid 20 $ for incomplete meal and cold mac and cheese you guys really need to hire some worthy staff i guess that's why your store is always empty never again
My mother loves bringing chicken from this place is our favorite spot.We enjoyed chicken breast with fries and coleslaw. There customer service is great. I just think they are short of staff for so busy place.
Working there and also eat there and I love chicken so definitely recommend the workers/ co workers are so nice make me feel good working get along greatly???
First I went thru the drive thru the speaker didn't work sign said to go around to the window. The chicken was cooked the breading on it wasn't cooked, they had no breast meat, no real choice of sides potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. Don't frequent this KFC it's the worst.....
I ordered 2x16 pieces, 1 original, 1 tenders with fries. And Mac and cheese. First, they ran out of Mac and cheese. The manager let meet know and I substituted fries. Then they didn't have biscuits. The manager let me know and offered me a free chocolate cake. Awesome. Was the order perfect? No. Was the customer service perfect. Yes. This KFC made me feel like a valued customer.
Ordered a chicken sandwich. It was hard and cold and had no pickles on it. Second order for the three-piece Wing original. It came out extra crispy cold and dry it out. Biscuit was hard as a brick. French fries were dark brown cold terrible. Threw the trash out and went and got something else.
I literally had the worst service experience of my life at this location yesterday. I tried to lay it all out in full detail but this doesn't have enough space to do it. So shorthand. Mobile order. Didn't have strwbrry lemonade. Subs mntn dew. It was for kids at dinner. No drink carriers for four drinks. Missing pot pie for daughter. Went back in. They don't have pot pie but still charged for it. Asked for chick sandwich replacement. They had only frozen buns. 20 min wait to defrost. Suggested diff chicken mini sandwich. I said only with fries as well. They shut the fryer down for cleaning at 6pm. Then they tried to charge me again. There was much more but can't fit it all.
