This place has been delivering to me for years. I live 3.3 miles away from the store. I called to place an order and the guy said I was out of their delivery area. I hang up then called back and asked for the manager he said he was the manager and I asked him what was their delivery address he said 7 minutes away from the store. I told him I was 3.3 miles approximately 5 minutes from the store and he said I was out of the area. When I asked for the name of the regional manager he said it was a franchise so I asked for the owner’s name and he refused to give it to me. When I said I’ll find out who it is he says good luck with that one Anna hung up. This is the manager talking to a customer this way. Don’t order from this store unless you like rude people waiting on you. If I could give this store no stars I would.
Good sandwich but bread not a soft as I prefer
Was not told when ordering my sandwich, which includes capicola, that this location was out of capicola. While waiting for my sandwich I noticed a sign saying just this. So I asked if the sign was maybe old and not taken down yet. The response I got was yes we have it now but I’m currently opening it up and did not put any on your sandwich. Seems like the employees here were more concerned about their personal conversation then they were with helping customers. Place was also empty, not one customer in the store aside from myself. Maybe I should have taken that as a sign. Will not return.
Store was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. They practice social distancing. Food was great.
This is my go to for lunch at work!!! Always on point. My order is always right and you can count on the order being delivered quickly.
Usually good food and fresh. Always a cold soda, never flat. Always good delivery. I Do wish they had hot subs though. Not a deal breaker, but would be nice.
This place is freaky fast and they have real tuna fish unlike the other places that take a half hour to make your sub.
The sandwiches I have gotten are good. A few of the employees are not so much. Bad attitudes & not providing decent customer service can really hurt sales.
Always consistently fresh and delicious. If you want a top rate cold sub, Jimmy Johns simply can't be beaten. They are my favorite go to for an always amazing cold sub. The Italian and the turkey are my two favorites!
Crazy salty pickle. Only get pickles if you really like salt or ask to taste one before you have them put on your sandwich
