Ordered combo and was asked if I would like to upsize to med or large.I said large and was charged for large, but they were out of large cups and I wasn't told prior to paying. So got ripped off. Manager said give him another drink a small to go with his meal. Really!!!Never again McDonald's treats you better and I don't like their food
It's my first visit. I wanted to try something different so I chose the mushroom melt and it was really good. I had to wait quite a bit maybe 10 minutes,but I rather wait and have my food made to order, so I'm not concerned about the waiting time ,not after tasting that charbroil burger. Place is squeaky clean and employees are super nice. From now on I will be a regular customer on this place.
The manager and staff at this Hardee's are amazing. John K. Must be doing a great job training and guiding his employees. Wonderful experience and a refreshing difference from other restaurants.
The young lady, Christine, who waited on us was absolutely delightful. Courteous, prompt and caring. The young man in the back making the burgers came out to explain the different burgers to me. No one asked, he just did it when he saw we were asking. Excellent place and love the charbroiled burgers.
Was hesitant about this because of location HOWEVER I was very impressed. Staff were friendly, food was fresh and hot. Only complaint was the small amount of mushrooms and sauce they put on my mushroom Swiss burger. Will definitely go to this location again.
ordered in drive thru at 20:29 closed out at 20:38 waiting almost 30 min for my food get home and my sandwich bacon cheeseburger only ketchup and mayo it came with everything on it onions lettuce tomato then I call and the phone is busy I will not be returning I want my money back after spending 26 dollars ridiculous
that was the busiest I have ever seen this place I been coming from the beginning!!!! jaydon inside was really nice very professional hope he stays order was perfect .. they have a good group finally the manager on duty needs to relax some and not be so loud customers can hear you .... again thank you jaydon
Never tried this place before and definitely will not be returning. The chicken sandwich was old so where the fries and onion rings. Only thing decent was the sodas.they parked us just to give us old food. Should have known because this place is always slow. Slow=food that has been sitting out.
Its 12 pm. The crew that was ACTUALLY working was amazing. The lady behind the counter taking my order was extremely polite and patient. However when i would ask her something her GM would start shouting the answer. Didn’t give this girl a chance. He was extremely RUDE to his employees. The other “manager” there was just as rude. Actually started screaming at all of them. She then proceeded to walk away and degrade her staff. Like who does that!? If you hate people and can’t work as a team then go home and find a different job. Neither one of these people are equipped to be managing anything other than their underwear drawer. It’s sad. You want people to work for you but you treat them like they are beneath you. It’s disgusting.Shout out to all of the other young head held high crew mates that were just working and taking it in. Even though they should not have had to. Kudos ❤️
Best fast food burger I've had in years. The sandwich was presented nearly identical to the menu picture. The condiments were crisp and fresh. The bread tasted fresh. Contrast that to the last Big Mac I got was sloppy with wilted lettuce and ice cold. So for fast food 5 stars for Hardys. PS the apple pie was hot and delicious. Oh and my tab was 5 bucks.
