I went here this afternoon at around 1:45pm. Complete and utter chaos. The manager was having a meltdown! There were 4 additional employees behind the counter. 2 of which were in-training. They had no system in play. I spent 10 minutes waiting for ice coffee, which in theory is old coffee on ice. Not rocket science and yet they still got it wrong. Hope they can get it together and work as a team.
I visited this location last week and did not have a good experience. This day however was very pleasant with smiling and helpful employees. The coffee they made us was delicious.
One of the best Dunkin's I've ever been to! The employees were nice, my code wasn't working, I had a gift card on my app and he couldn't get it to scan, he called the manager over and she just ended up giving me my iced coffee for free! They were very busy and I didn't mean to stand there and take up anyone's time by trying to figure out the problem with my code. They were super nice about it though. I will continue to go to this Dunkin!
Best coffee ever. Now they just need to hire competent help Staff is very lax in their job. They don't listen to customers, miss items customers order and are then ride to the customers about it.
Order taken @ 10:05 a.m. took 23 minutes to receive order then didn't make mine large which is what I ordered. My partner ordered a medium latte and I ordered a large. We counted heads of at least 7-8 employees and yet they messed up the order for us and also the car in front of us had to be remade. Someone in the background made a comment if you wanted a large you should have ordered and paid for a large. I told them I don't appreciate the attitude. Considering that the digital display where you order was not working. I know for fact that I did order a large which was witnessed by others in the car, as I never order anything smaller except for a friend. It's one thing to make it right, and quite another to belittle a repeat customer. We will never come back to this location! Poor customer service, employees walking around with their own drinks tasting them and having co-workers tasting them. Unprofessional. I plan to call corporate headquarters and discuss this situation further.
I go to this Dunkin all the time. They get very busy but they handle it very well. When I order food I go out of my way and I go to this Dunkin because they know their customers by face and they know exactly what and how their customers like their food. This is the one dunkin around that I believe it works very fast and efficient and put pride in their food and beverages that they put out. Other dunkins can really take a page out of their book. The manager is awesome.
One of the cleanest Dunkin’ I have been to! Staff was very friendly and welcoming when I came to the counter - suggested different types of donuts for my grandson - coffee was delicious!!
Terrible service. Three older women were standing around talking and making fun of another employee who was having trouble keeping up with orders, instead of helping them. When I asked if there was a problem the one taking the money got very rude saying we're very busy loudly. Then, she had the audacity to turn to the other 2 and say I was complaining about the wait. I will not return.
I have always gotten refills at DD, so as not to have paper cups everywhere.But this store said it had to be a DD cup very rudely. But once I agreed to buy a Dunkin cup they started being polite and nice. You should always be polite and nice. I had no issues paying full price I justed didn't want all the cups. But I would have had to take a paper cup and pour it into my.cup but somehow a DD cup is going to y more sanitary.Coffee was also off.
On hwy 19 just south of sr 52.Open 24 hrs.The doughnut case has been redone and is smaller now.We were there around 10 pm on a Friday night. Very little to choose from, but it was fresh and better than alot of the other stores.Very clean store with fun staff.
